Bread, English muffins and bagels are toasted evenly at any of its 7 settings. The slots and long, wide and deep so whatever you are toasting gets toasted. Strongly recommended.

This is a Amazon "basic" toaster that apparently had issues. Just read the reviews at Amazon. The toaster worked as advertised. It does a great job toasting, just not for a long time, as it stopped working 1 month after purchase. Save your money, crazy deal or not, it is not worth your time.

gave it three stars because it works...but I would never have bought it if I had the chance to see it the actual item..it feels very flimsy...every time I push down the lever I am afraid it will break off.

This toaster does not toast well. Most of the time, you have to put the toast back in for a second time and then....it gets dried out.
