The Pulse Pump is a well-made, classic-looking soap pump. The sturdiness and quality is evident immediately upon opening the package. The best part is how easily and smooth the pump operates. A soft push and soap is dispensed. I look forward to 20 years of using this product. Great buy!

They didn't deliver this and customer service didn't respond to me

Be wary of ordering anything from here because they use OnTrac to deliver which is terrible. They claimed to have delivered it about a week late to my apartment at 11:30 at night, but I was home at the time, we have cameras and there's no proof whatsoever that any delivery was actually attempted.

This is a beautiful soap dispenser. I have one in my kitchen for hand soap and one in my spare bathroom. I plan to get the larger size for kitchen dish soap.

This is the best soap dispenser that I have ever used! It easily dispenses the right amount of soap with no after-drips as advertised. It has a good, solid feel to it. Definitely worth the money. Simple Human always makes fine products, intelligently designed.

Pricey — considering it’s manual — but well engineered, and the only pump I’ve found that handles Dr. Bronner [thin] liquid soap without dribbling. A solid machine that should last a long time

Good things come in small packages!

My dispenser arrived and is a continual source of joy for me. It has tamed a bit of territory there at the sink that was once littered with unsightly plastic bottles. -It is sleek and handsome ! And the pump lever is effortless and can be measured by your touch. What a great purchase and great difference it's made. Now... if it would just take over and do the dishes....

Nice looking dispenser, that is well designed. Delivers the right amount of soap and doesn't clog up. Deducted a star because of the price. Very expensive
