Beautiful towel rack. I’m so happy with this purchase. It’s a nice sleek design and just what I needed to add to our bathroom remodel.

Good size, rounded, easy to place towel

Its big and its pretty, but it does not get my towels warm at all unless I wrap them around the bars. We hardwired it too so Im reluctant to remove it, but most likely will because right now its just an overpriced and enormous - but very pretty - towel rack.

Exactly what we were looking for. Great product to keep towels dry and warm after bathing. A good size and nice controls!

How luxurious this is! Why didn’t we install one years ago

this towel warmer fit well into my bathroom interior and my contractor had no problems with installation

Great product, came in quickly. Warms the towels and even damp washcloths or clothes that need a little touch of warmth and dryness. Very large unit. Wished we had installed it a little lower to reach the high bars. Also wish it was polished chrome, but overall a good product for a fair price.

Unhelpful/unqualified customer service

I had a technical question beyond what's in the manual that, despite my best efforts, was not understood by Cathy in customer service. Answers were indirect and generic and usually ended with "..the manual says.." which was unfortunate. I then kindly asked to be connected to a more technical person at Ancona. "Sorry.. I am your technical help" was the answer. Okay jus in case, maybe a phone communication would articulate better my question/concern - she would not allow that to happen.
