The sales person was, good as well as the store manager. Delivery was great, also the person at the delivery desk.

J'ai pu essayer le tabouret en magasin. Il m'a satisfait au niveau du prix et du confort. J'en ai acheté 3. Je devais les récupérer 2 jours plus tard. J'ai pu les récupérer au bout de 10 jours seulement après un appel téléphonique. Ils étaient tous démontés. Il m'en restait un à monter, toujours dans sa boîte et j'ai réaliser qu'il serait de trop dans mon espace. J'ai téléphoné chez Bricks et ils ont refusé de le reprendre. C'était mon premier achat et possiblement mon dernier chez BRICK.

Swivel Barstool

Purchased 3 for the counter. Assembly was easy. Only sat on them a few times and they are comfortable.

Not worth it for the price

One week of having the stools and they squeak already when it turns and one of the welds is cracked for the backrest.

The bar stools themselves are well made and good looking. The delivery time to get these products took 5 months.

I like the style and comfortable to seat on, only thing is had some damages I couldn't return it because it was hard to put together. I didn't want to replace it and start all over again.

Pretty good stools

Still tweaking and adjusting the screws for small squeaks, as it just arrived and just assembled. But very comfortable! Nice swivel too.

We may buy another one in the futrue

Took a very long time to receive product purchased at tent sale. But worth the wait. The chairs are nice snd price was excellent. Service at the warehouse was prompt and friendly.

They do not sit level

Difficult to get them not to wobble . Seems like there is too much play on the leg and rings?

The metal legs of the bar stool look sturdy but not sure how the black vegan leather fabric will wear over time.

I've only had these chairs a week so it may be a little early for a proper review. Otherwise, they seem like a solid chair, easy to assemble and exactly what I hoped for.

Lots of defects

We ordered 3 chairs and each one had issues. The quality control in the factory must be very poor or nonexistent. One chair spun ok, the other Two were stiff and difficult to move. One chair had the finish on the metal back bars eaten off with something caustic as they attempted to fix a crack in it.
