It's too cute not to buy!

This is the perfect little mixing/serving bowl. It's not heavy at all yet feels sturdy. I use it often for scrambling eggs but it also makes a lovely serving dish. I'm quite in love with the Mason Cash "In the Forest" bowls due to the coloring of the bowls and the little animals on them.

In The Forest S30 Green Mixing Bowl 21cm

It looks beautiful - I wanted to get the whole collection of Forest bowls and this was my second purchase. However, the inside glaze has crackled on both bowls despite care in handling and only going in the dishwasher once. Won't be buying any more of this range.

Unfortunately my very large Borzoi got to the package before me and had completely destroyed the package. However, this absolutely gorgeous bowl somehow survived being a giant dog's play toy for an afternoon.

Disappointed in the quality of embossing

Bought this as a replacement for my old one that I had accidentally chipped. Was disappointed in the embossing quality. When I compare it to my old one, the embossing on the new one is "flatter" and suppressed.

Perfect MASON CASH 1.1L mixing bowl

Bought this Mason Cash green-mixing bowl last year, it's the perfect size. I've used it for a variety of things. I love how sturdy it is. Looking forward to buying the larger 2.7L or 4L size.

My Second bowl

This bowl is to replace the one broken by my granddaughter. I love mason cash bowls! And I love Everything Kitchens. I have ordered from them numerous times, and everything is always packaged well and sent out very quickly.

This bowl is the perfect

This bowl is the perfect gift for friends and family. Anyone who enjoys cooking and baking will cherish this bowl forever. It is darling with the hedgehogs surrounding the exterior. Plus, green is a must have color in winter.

I can only say positive things about this bowl. My order arrived quickly . I hesitated a moment when adding this bowl to my order, since I wondered what condition it would arrive in, being something so breakable. No problem! Very well packed.

I bought this for my 8 year old grandson who loves hedgehogs, so this bowl has the perfect design for him. This bowl is perfect for mixing chocolate chip cookies by hand, and mixing pancake batter. My daughter found the perfect spot for this hedgehog bowl to rest while not in use. The family enjoys seeing this piece of useful whimsy on its special shelf.

Cute and delightful but very fragile rim.

I was so delighted by the hedgehog design on the bowl, but within the first months of light use...the rim has gotten three small chips. Mason Cash offers only a one year warranty on these and that's even a bit of a struggle to get. I see other reviews here mentioning the chipping problem. It's all too sad as this design is darling. I filled the chips in with clear nail polish. So if you're attracted like me to the design and size of this bowl.....beware of rim chips and have clear nail polish on hand! Mason Cash does not offer friendly customer service nor do they stand by the quality of this product.

Glaze inside the bowl

I love the external design, shape, weight and color. The glaze on half of the inside bottom of the bowl (a solid cream colored glaze) is pocked with ~75 tiny black pockmarks where the glaze failed to cover. The divots are tiny but the surface is not smooth on that half of the bottom. It looks to be a quality control issue in their production. I can still use the bowl, but thought you might want to connect with Mason Cash as I see other complaints about the glaze. The external design makes me very happy though, so I would still recommend it for that aspect.

Love Love LOVE!!!!

This adorable hedgehog bowl was my introduction to Mason Cash and now Im a devoted fan. The bowls are oven, microwave and freezer safe and their solid bodies makes them indispensable in the kitchen for mixing and combining ingredients..But unlike other utilitarian tools this cutie has never seen the inside of the cabinet. It's so stinking cute it makes a focal point of my counter doing double duty as part of season displays, fruit bowl, onion keeper and conversation piece.

Hedgehog mixing bowl

I love it! Perfect color and theme. I love hedgehogs. A tad smaller than I was expecting. Despite all the packing there is an ever so small chip on the lip. No big deal since it was on clearance. It is holding all my new sourdough discards.

Badly wrapped, arrived damaged, so disappointed

I feel for the employees working nonstop to get everyone's holiday orders out, but you can't nest 2 stoneware bowls inside each other, throw them into a too-big box with a couple sheets of bubble wrap and assume they're going to make it OK. Both bowls arrived chipped and un-giftable, and one of my food items had a huge adhesive packing label placed right over the name of the product. Even if this was for my own use I'd be frustrated because the name of the ingredient ripped right off and it's hard to tell what's inside. Was looking forward to giving these items to foodie friends but now I'm scrambling at the last minute. Bummer.

Great bowl.

Very nice heavy med. size bowl. Reminds me of the old style bowls my grandmother used. It was nice to find good quality "real" bowls. I so tired of the cheap plastic kitchen items. Lord knows what leaches into your food from them. Washes great well in the dishwasher too. I would buy again. Looks very nice on the table for serving.

This is an update to my view posted 8/28/21. I have changed my review score to five stars. Their customer service contacted me and is sending me a replacement bowl at no cost. This is above and beyond what I expected! I just wanted them to be aware of the chip. I never expected a replacement for something I could have damaged myself. Thank you so much King Arthur Baking! I will absolutely continue to purchase your products and recommend you to my friends.

Cute but not chip-resistant

I bought the set of four bowls and I love the colors and designs. But I’m not sure about the quality or the ‘chip-resistant’ claim. I have been using this 8” hedgehog bowl for salads since I received it about a month ago. I have been hand washing it and putting it on a drain cloth to dry, and it stays on that cloth until the next use. I noticed this morning that there is a chip out of the rim. I am devastated! I have been so careful with this bowl and I haven’t hit it against anything. Maybe it was a flaw in the production? What can I do with a chipped bowl? I am sad about this - I bought this expensive set specifically because of the ‘chip-resistant’ claim. If I could send them back for a refund I would, but now that it’s chipped I can’t. Very disappointed.

Versatile, well made, sturdy bowl

I love this bowl! It has a rim to hold while whisking liquids, it is a good depth for stirring up a salad or sauce and the hedgehog design is just so cute!

Good tool for me

This is my third Mason Cash mixing bowl. I have three sizes and primarily use my Mason Cash bowls for mixing batters and dough. I like that the bowls are a lighter weight than other ceramic -type bowls, which makes them easier to take out of my cupboard. I also like the design. They’re great bowls in my opinion. No wonder the GBBS uses them!

Obsessed with this collection!

Didn't really need new mixing bowls; had an ancient perfectly serviceable clear glass set, but then I stumbled across these at EK. I have them all now. I absolutely love them. They are truly beautiful. This green bowl is my very favorite piece; the hedgehogs are fantastic. Word of warning! Like all ceramic, these bowls chip easily. Be gentle.
