Dissatisfied With Zwilling Customer Service

I cannot use this set of dishes until I have been instructed by Zwilling Customer Service whether I need to return the set or toss the broken piece and await a replacement. Therefore I cannot offer an honest review of the product(s). I received my shipment containing the set of 2 (two) oval baking dishes and the handle is completely broken off the smaller dish. The shipment which I received appears to have been a possible return to Zwilling due to the fact that the shipping carton had been retaped by someone prior to delivery. I contacted Zwilling via their contact page that very same day and notified them of the issue. I never got a response after 10 days so I contacted them again 4 days later and still no response. It has now been 15 days.

Gorgeous bakeware. The craftsmanship is apparent. I can’t wait to start baking with these!

Horrible packaging. Do not order. It will arrive broken.

Item arrived in mediocre packaging without labeling the fragile contents. The larger bowl arrived broken. Saks should do better about quality packaging for products that can be broken in transit. Saks should acknowledge that the product was delivered without sufficient protection and provide remediation. The return policies should not be inflexible in exigent circumstances. Very disappointing customer service and quality. Do better.
