The colour looks more purple than burgandy, difficult to assemble, have not assenbled yet

This chair is just ok...it serves. I wish I invested for a better built chair. The swivel is fine, casters work well, and the material has stood up to regular use. However, the height adjustment loses strength and drops after a few uses...and requires constant readjustment. I recommend spending the additional dollars for a higher quality desk chair.

Extremely poor quality chair and not well made. Also arrived scratched and the fabric damaged. Do not recommend this product.

It's cloth, but has the look and feel of distressed leather. I am very happy with it. It went together easily and quickly!

Lovely chair! My husband is a tall man 6’3”, and he sits in it well and comfortably. It is not difficult to move snd i did not have to compromise style for function or ergonomically sound seating!

This was a huge disappointment and I recommend potential buyers look elsewhere. Pretty much every representation in the advertisement is false, as detailed below, and it's laughable that the suggested retail price is over $1000 (I bought on steep discounted sale, and even that was not worth it). For that price, you could buy an actual leather, wood chair. DO NOT BUY EVEN AS AN AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVE.

Cheap material and poorly made. Chair wobbles and the adjustment lever is either faulty or just doesn't perform well. Surprisingly disappointed considering the price of this item.

This item (2) I purchased two of these defective chairs. They are both lope-sided and they automatically drop to the lowest seat setting. This chair is not worth any amount.

Beautiful and super comfortable chair. Took some time to put together but is well worth it. Took about 1.5 hours to assemble. Color is rich and looks like a very expensive chair.

Have had this chair right at 2 months and it’s already starting to breakdown. Just a pretty cheaply made chair. Not really what I was expecting. Will have to replace before the end of the year.

Nice chair for the most part. Looks great but seat is angled too far back. I like to sit upright when working on the computer. Modified instructions by placing the two supplied bushings on the back of the base unit not on the front as instructed. Plus I used two longer screws and added six more metal washers on each side. Also substituted four longer screws that my modification made necessary to attach the seat back to the base unit. Now a much better seating position. With additional lumbar support now very ergonomic and comfortable. I hope this microfiber lasts longer than my previous bonded leather chair which began to peel/delaminate after about seven years.

It leans a bit and the bottom came damaged. The box itself had been basically destroyed enroute. The chair itself is lovely with a lot of lumbar support, which I was looking for.

I'd give this 6 stars if I could. I LOVE IT! It is comfortable. It looks plush. It supports my arms and my head and my bottom. YAY. And -when is the last time you had a manufacturer include an authentic handwritten note??? Hmmm? GET THIS

This might have been a nice chair, however when unpacking one of he casters was cracked almost in half. The box was hardly damaged, so it makes me think it was either damaged before it was shipped, or the plastic was weak. I I know is this box weighs 50 - 60 pounds and now I have to figure out how to get it to Walmart. So not only am I disappointed that I don't have a chair, I have a struggle ahead of me if I want my money back. Oh, and after I finally get it to WalMart, I still have to wait on my refund.

Might look elsewhere..

The chair itself is great!! didn't come with hardware to assemble it. Bolts to perchase wasn't too bad but the center "shock" support I had to fabricate and weld one up. Got a 30 refund for parts purchase but my time... idk for what I paid for the chair it should have come with everything to assemble it...

Great looking chair

Excellent chair, well made, very large and comfortable. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is is very hard to tilt, even loosening the tension as mush as possible, still take s some effort and will not stay reclined unless your feet stay on the floor exerting some pressure. All in all a beautiful chair at a great value.

I received my beautiful chair right away and I absolutely loved it! The material is comfortable and looks elegant. The wheels are easy to glide but don't slip if you're sitting still. I highly recommend this chair. Thank you Houzz!
