Honest Review

This chair looks amazing. The seat is wide and comfortable. However, the hydraulic mechanism is cheap and will break easily. I am well within the weight perimeters, but the chair sinks to the floor everytime I raise it. Im actually starting to hate this thing. Needs better hardware!!!!

I was worried, never know what you’re gonna get sometimes ordering off line. Absolutely impressive chair . Quality quality quality absolutely the best chair I’ve ever owned. The leather is absolutely top notch. Lower back support leaves everyone talking that sits in it . Absolutely professional design to the chair . Has to be best on the market. A little very basic assembly with very easy to follow instructions! Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful looking chair, had 2 didn't last

okay I must love this chair because this is the second one I bought, I thought the earlier one died because I didn't cover it and I wore off the seat, but this one barely lasted a year even though I kept the seat covered. This time it broke a wood piece through from the inside of the chair. It is a beautiful chair and looks great, if however you plan to sit in it a lot, definitely get the warranty.

This is a really nice office chair that is well styled, looks substantial in the office and is comfortable during those seemingly endless video calls. It was easy to assemble and adjust - box to being sat on in less than 45 minutes. One person can easily do it but a second set of hands helps eliminate the handling of bulky pieces while you are aligning screws in brackets before you tighten down the fitting. I found that using my small electric drill made the final process simple. All in all a bargain buy that looks good, and is well made and comfortable especially at this price point.

Great office chair!

We bought this chair for my husband's make shift unfinished basement covid home office to match the cherry desk we already had. We had issues with the shipping as it got lost then came in new packaging with missing hardware. The company was quick to respond and send the new parts, but to actually recieve the parts took weeks. He has been using the chair for a few months now and has zero complaints and very happy with his purchase.

Comfortable and stylish!

I searched for a long time until I found this chair to make my new home office complete. Since working from home because of COVID19, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The Oxblood gives it a very distinguished look and it is very comfortable! Very simple to assemble and it has a wow factor when guests see it. I would highly recommend this chair.

Padding seems a little stiff (probably because it's new). Swivels easily but doesn't roll very easily because it's a heavy chair on pretty cheap casters. I would recommend this chair to others.

Great Purchase

My husband loves this chair, it was relatively easy to put together and very comfortable. It tips back far enough to be comfortable. This chair was to replace an expensive leather chair that was ruined because the arms came up too high and caught on the lip of his desk, eventually destroying the leather. So this time we decided to go with vinyl. Wasn't interested in the bonded leather that doesn't wear like vinyl. Very happy with purchase!

Executive Chair

Chair was delivered today at 2:30 PM. The box was really beat up and the seat of the chair was protruding from the bottom of the box. If it weren't for two straps around the box holding it together, the chair would have fallen out. I couldn't believe there was no damage. I'm a 71 year old male with bad Arthritis in both hands and lower back so I took several breaks during the assembly but it was completed in 3 hours.. The directions are a little vague but if you take your time on each step it's not hard to figure out. As you go from step to step don't tighten the screws until you get each piece assembled. For example when attaching the base and back, get all the screws started then tighten them, same with each arm. I am sitting in my chair as I write this and it is very comfortable and looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture.. Great value..
