But the second one arrived even more broken. There was barely any padding in the second box. They refunded me after the second broken dish. So customer service was awesome. But their packing and shipping department or partner is some kind of a mess. This item may be too fragile for shipping.

Love my Emile Henry Pans

I have this baker as well as the crown baker pan and the demi-baguette pan and love them all! I usually just use salt free butter to grease which ever pan I decide to use, put the dough in and bake. They cook beautifully and the bread easily releases. My pans are all getting the patina of "well used" but still look lovely.
