Easy to assemble and so so comfortable!!! I wanted something cozy for the back patio and this was perfect.
My only complaint is that it was advertised for $189. but when I ordered it, it was $269. It was just what I wanted so I paid the higher price. I was disappointed and felt like I had been "had". But I do love the chair.

This chair is very very comfortable. After a long night of work , hips, back, and neck be on 10. Taking a shower then sitting here relaxing I can’t get out of this chair. It’s a must the only thing was that my ottoman had a rip on the side. I was not going to call but as comfortable the chair is overtime I was thinking it would get worse. It’s my first ever having to call. Customer service was pretty good handling the situation. She’s sending out a new pillow top for the ottoman. I am please.

(Light gray Dutch velvet) This chair is exactly as described. It is very comfortable and was easy to assemble! It hugs you in all the right places.
Returned the chair due to both of the plastic chair leg slots on the front of the chair splitting and rendering the chair unusable within 2 days of use. Needless to say, not getting a replacement! Too bad, because it was extremely comfortable, just flimsy.
Very comfortable chair that broke less than a month of using. Housings for the legs are made of cheap plastic and they split. They should be metal.
