Confused in Texas

I thought I ordered a desk, not a hutch this is confusing to me. I haven’t had time to put it together yet but I’m not going to put together hutch without the desk.

Misleading I thought I was buying the entire desk with hutch. They shouldn't post a picture with the desk and I should have paid attention.

Good quality item

The quality of this hutch is good. It was easy to put together but you definitely need help lifting it onto the desk. It doesn't look like heavy furniture but it is! Well made too! I recommend it for anyone looking for light colored furniture.

Do not buy this product.

The company given a very misleading product. The pictures and price are being shown for full L desk but you get only the hutch.

Where is the rest of the desk?

My husband and I began to assemble the desk only to discover several parts were missing. We only have the top part. This is not what I paid for.

There's is actually nothing wrong with this product if you're expecting just a hutch in a cherry color. The fact that the description is DESK WITH DRAWERS IN ESPRESSO OAK is highly misleading.

VERY BAD PRODUCT AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING

The picture shows the desk in one piece and in small words it does say "desk sold separately" however I didn't notice that looking at paying around $300 for a desk I had to build I just figured it was just how it was pictured. The hutch only arrived and thinking the rest was coming in a separate order I opened it. The glass was all broken and I still decided to build it figured I would call for new doors while waiting on the desk section. The holes were all lined up wrong and it finally all broke apart while trying to assemble. I called and was told they would send out all six new pieces that were defective (missing holes, not lined up with screw holes, etc.). The girl sounded like this happened all the time, just poorly made furniture and sending out replacements. I asked when the desk section would be delivered and she said that didn't get shipped from them so she wasn't sure. I am now trying to find a box to return it all as the entire product would cost over $900 and they are out of stock on the desk section in this color anyway.

Very misleading! This is only for the hutch and not the entire desk. They need to remove the main photograph and replace it with the second photograph of just the hutch alone so consumers aren’t mislead into thinking they are purchasing the entire desk/hutch. Now I am in the process of trying to cancel it before it arrives and I don’t even know if I can. So disappointed!

Good product

The hutch was easier to put together than the desk, but it still took a bit of time. The instructions were decently clear, though lacked some details that would have made the process run smoother. We were also unable to actually bracket the hutch on because we had already set the desk where it was going to go, which was backed up to a wall, and since the desk is so heavy we couldn't move it to actually secure the hutch onto the desk. It won't be a huge issue we don't think. I also wish the label stickers that had been placed on the glass panes had the same easy to remove sticky glue as the rest of the items. The stickers left the goopy marks even though we were careful about how we took them off. Also not a huge deal. Overall it's a beautiful hutch and has all the storage space I had hoped for, so I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The desk is beautiful and even bigger than we imagined. Our expectations were met in the desk's appearance.

Excellent Quality

This hutch is extremely heavy. Had a hard time just getting it in my front door. I feel bad for whoever delivered it. I think it said it was around 100 lbs. It has quality materials but you will need a 2nd person to lift it. I love it though! Looks very nice and holds together just fine. Not a cheap and flimsy product :)

poor quality of material and packaging; broken

Arrived broken; Poor quality of materials made of and packaging. I bought a lot of furniture at Walmart.com at the same time. But only Bush hutch and desk came broken.

Excellent value

I bought this hutch to go with the desk that is part of the same product line. The hutch is very sturdy, looks great, and is an excellent value. It provides quite a bit of extra storage space for office supplies. It took me a few hours to put the hutch together, but assembly was not difficult. However, most of the assembly instructions show only pictures and part numbers; some words of explanation would have been helpful in a few places. Also, the hutch is fairly heavy, so help is needed in lifting it onto the desk. (I waited until it was in place before I attached the glass doors.)
