We purchased the 5x7 size frame and it is beautiful. I love that the butterfly ginkgos are randomly placed against the natural branch appearance of the frame. Well designed, solid construction & securely packaged to avoid damage. Any photo is elevated in this thing. I wish Michael Adam wasn't as expensive because we would purchase more often.

The frame is gorgeous. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. One item out of several arrived broken and I just kept receiving computer generated responses until I wrote I would never order from the company again. Then finally a human responded. There was also no correspondence as to when the order would be shipped. I ordered at least 6 weeks before the holidays and everything showed up a month after. Again, when I made an inquiry, the form letter indicated that the items would ship when they could and please don’t respond. Order from department stores!

It was a 50th Anniversary

It was a 50th Anniversary gift. I finally got to see the frame, loved it and recipients loved it too. Ginko being a favorite tree.

Color

I bought several Ginkgo items after seeing them in a department store. It not happy with the gold color. In the store the golf on the items were bright & beautiful. Ones I received were dark like antique gold. I went back to Dept store to look again and saw a canister set. Most in bright gold color but one piece a darker gold color.

I love almost everything Michael Adam makes. This took some time to adjust to, admittedly. It was larger and gaudier than I expected from the photo. And the butterflies looked like insects. It requires exactly the right photo to make it look good. That’s the frame. The delivery time was insane. I ordered it in December and received it in April. In truth, it wasn’t worth the wait.
