image on tray much blurrier in real life

The item I received appeared to be a return. When I opened the box, I saw why: the image on the tray was not as sharp as shown in the photo and did not have that wow factor. Unfortunately, I had to return it as well.

I love this tray. My daughter has this china, and I buy a piece or pieces whenever it goes on sale. Macy's had an excellent sale on everything. One of my favorite places to shop. Thank you to all the staff at Macy's who make me feel right at home and go out of their way to help me in any way they can!

I’m a starter on collecting bowls or platters. This one is beautiful. Got it on sale. Look good on the table or decor. I become a fan of Lenox although they are expensive.

I would have given it a 5 star because they are beautiful and practical trays. But, 3 out of 4 that I ordered were very sticky and oily on the surface. It feels like they were used and returned and resold to me!
