Base not always flat

This was a replacement for 1 of 3, where the base wasn't flat and needed shimming by 1/4-1/2". This one also wasn't flat. (The floor is...) It was better front to back, but also needed side to side shimming. Still in the 1/8-1/4" range. The other 2 bases were perfectly flat. I'm not sure a 50% defective manufacturing rate is acceptable (to me at least). I'll probably investigate other brands on a house build I'm starting.

The first never made it to my home, broken in transit. I reordered to ship to store, arrived with flaw In porcelain, taking it back today, will see what happens with third one.

What is a Commode Without a Seat ?

I purchased a commode.Upon receipt it was shipped without a seat.When i contacted customer service, tgey said tge seat was an.optional item ,and this was illustrated on the website. Admittedly, i missed this very salient puece if information, i feel it is analagous to.purchasing a car with the engine being.listed as an optional.item.When i explained the situation, i felt in the interst of good will, a price considrrstion should have been offered.Instead,I was quoted a deliverec price if around $50, and I eventually boughtnthe identical.item for $25.

Porcelain Craft Project!

2 months and no toilet. The first bowl came via Fedex, and it was apparent without touching it that it was shattered. The bowl had zero packaging inside the box, just a porcelain fixture sliding around in a cardboard box. It was in pieces. I returned it, and HD offered to send another one. The 2nd bowl was delivered in the same shattered state, and HD brought it back with them. A month later, and still no third toilet. HD customer service noted that the warehouse would call me but haven't.

Fast flush

Color is exactly right for my 1988 plumbing but this toilet is a huge improvement over the old one. Flushes thoroughly and super fast. Received it well packed with no damage which was a huge relief since I already had a plumber set up to install it the following morning.

Great toilet flushes good comfortable like the fact the seat doesn't slam down nice easy flow. Only had a problem with the tank lid it didn't seal/fit properly but that's taken care of with you guys and I'll be getting a new one soon.
