Defective. Bad Design. Water wont stay in bowl
This is the 2nd one I ordered and I need to return it. The first one was from a different wholesaler. This one the water does not stay in the bowl. After flushed and filled, water slowly drains out of bowl until empty. Up close you can see minor defects with coating. So far issues with handling and manufacturing. Will have to order another one to fit the same model tank, or else I would have gone with a whole new toilet or even a different Brand.
Disappointed Customer!!
Never received the order, The item was shipped, but severely damaged. The delivery man took the item back and I asked if I should sign anything because it was damaged. He said no, that he would return the item. I've never been so disappointed. But I called and was told charges would be taken off my Lowes account. But that hasn't happened either.
Misshapen
Misshapen, uneven on the floor and uneven on the seat. Unusable. Defective, should never have been sold.
Edgenere toilet
I love the chair height & the way it flushes & is very easy to clean. I have a bad spine, so the chair height was the best thing for me. Wish I had found the chair height several years ago.
Horrible
Very poor quality control. Completely insufficient rinse to wash toilet paper down so it always sticks to the bowl requiring manual removal.
I was skeptical
It's good and it flushes pretty well. I was really worried about buying a low water level toilet, but that is all there is anymore. Some of them are junk. I'll admit it, I was surprised it functions as well as it does with not much water. It flushes good. If you need a toilet and are worried about it flushing cleanly this one works.
Missing water tanks
Received toilet bowl only. No water tanks!
CHAIR HEIGHT IS PERFECT
We just had the Edgemere installed and using for a brief time but am enjoying is thus far
