Not true 14" rough-in

The bowl is the same bowl as listed for the 12" rough in. The bowls for the 12" and 14" rough-in are the same part number. The tanks for the 12" & 14" are different part numbers and overall manufacturing variances can be up to 1-1/4" per American Standard. In essence, the best rough-in you can expect is 12-3/4 for the entire bowl/tank assembly. Only one star because American Standard customer service assistance was very helpful. Product is very dissapointing.

Very bad quality with so many defects, not even close to what it used to be years ago, will never go with this brand again.

Returned Product

Received returned product when supposed to be new. Open box, remnants of wax on bottom, and missing mounting hardware. Just asked for hardware to be replaced as toilet was in otherwise in new condition, but yet to have received anything after weeks. Not a good experience.

Very attractive curved shape, and is superb all around. This model is regular height bowl, not the slightly higher ADA comfort height. Nicely compact for a small bath or powder powder room. I'm very happy with this choice so far after just a month. It flushes well, is fairly quiet. One needs to buy a seat so I purchased a Bemis.

Great option for 14” rough in

I have an older house and options for replacing a 14” rough in toilet are very limited. Additionally they are not available at the shelf at all in local big box stores. Also toilets in this size also do not come with seats and wax seal. I found it easiest to just order them together so they would come at the same time. Toilet was extremely easy to install since I had recently replaced the flange. Quality and function of product have been great and a plan to order another one for another bathroom with a14” rough in.

excellent power wash, inside bowel water drop stick to wall until evaporate, wish it was bigger, I hadeit installed by plumber, it was his suggestion to get this unit, over all so far so good, I recommend this product.
