Great toilet, easy installation

This is the 4th Toto Drake toilet that I have purchased. The service at pickup was great. The allowed me to open the boxes and verify that the product was in good condition. The standard packaged toilet was well packed within an outer box, and well cushioned. The installation of the toilet went very smooth. The instructions are clear. The Toto toilets flush better than any other brand of toilets available in the US.

Worth it

I didn’t do the install so I cannot speak to that. But it flushes beautifully. I saw a lot of reviews concerned about being broken upon delivery. I decided to pick it up at the store. Comes in two small boxes so easy to get in the back of my car. Lowe’s also let me open them and inspect them before taking them home. Great service

Very delighted with my shipment and that this toilet arrived safely. I am looking forward to many happy years with this fixture in my home. The transitional style is a nice looking toilet. I work for a plumber, so I really appreciate an updated style. Installation went great. Note to purchaser, you will need a supply line, wax ring and closet bolts. This toilet flushes amazingly well, and I am so thrilled that I replaced the 25 year old toilet with this one.

Toto Drake Review

Unfortunately, the filler valve in the tank was too short and the toilet wouldn't stop running because the fill valve couldn't be adjusted. My installer, had to go and buy another fill valve to make the toilet work, costing me more for the installation. This happened with both Toto toilets I purchased

Great toilet

Discount the one star reviews here. Most are because the unit arrived damaged which has everything to do with Lowes and shippers vs functionality of the toilet. It looks great, flushes completely and is easy to clean. Bought for a rental remodel but I like it so much, I'm considering replacing the toilets in my 4 year old house.

Great flushing system!

I looked at a lot of toilets and decided on Toto because of the reviews that it had a good flushing system. If you want a standard height toilet for a tighter space, this is it. Love the look and it doesn’t overpower the room. Glad I picked a Toto.

Leaky tank with imperfection needed filing down

Tank leaked until I noticed a large imperfection where the tank to bowl gasket was sitting. I filed it down and the leak stopped. Pretty long process to ID the leak. Good now that it doesn't leak but so-so overall.

Arrived with a corner of the bowl broken off. It was in a cardboard box with no cushioning (i.e. styrofoam, etc) inside, just the toilet. The box was not marked fragile. Another is being shipped, but not expected for at least two more weeks.

Great toilet

The Toto drake is a great toilet. Our Plummer recommended this toilet to us and we have replaced all of our toilets in our home with these. They were easy to install. The shipping was very fast.

Just installed. Seems to be very high quality. Checked to see where it was made before ordering, this one is made in USA. Seems to have better reviews than ones made in other countries. Packaged very well. Would recommend.

I ordered two of these Toto Drake toliets. 1 toilet came undamaged and was satisfactory. I got a replacement for the 2nd toilet as the bowl was damaged. The packaging for the bowl was very inadequate as the replacement also came broken. In the end, I opted to just get a refund for the second toilet, as I was not confident in the packaging. 2.5/5 stars

Do not buy from Wayfair unless you want to get damaged items upon shipping arrival and get marginal customer support. The shipping packaging is barely adequate. The toilet was packed within a box that is 4” bigger with minimal paper padding. You can see toilet box with the shipping box next to it in the pictures below which not big enough to fit it. This is the second time I ordered the same toilet from Wayfair and both times the toilet arrived broken. The first time Wayfair refused to replace or refund my money as it was past 30 return window. When I called on the second order I was told that the supervisor is too busy to take my call and I need to call tomorrow. So overall terrible customer experience.

Toto toilet

I like this toilet better than my other one because it flashes better. The finish on this toilet is shiny and it's easier to clean to clean. I bought a smart Toto toilet sit. It fits perfect and I enjoy it.

TOTO just works

We've been sold on TOTO toilets for 20 years. Moved into a new house here and have now replaced both toilets with Toto. Simply put they just work! The flush on a TOTO is just better than any other I've had.

Great toilet

This really strikes a balance between being a somewhat basic toilet, but also some great features like the rimless design. Flushes easily, easy to clean. Highly recommended!

South Meridian Lowes

This Store has the best customer service. I drive an extra 10 miles just to use this store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store itself is always clean and well organized. As for the TOTO toilet, I have not installed it yet, but I was impressed by the packaging. This is a special order item and came in box in a box with foam packing. One box was damaged but TOTO's packaging eliminated any damage to the toilet. Rare in this shipping day and age. I purchased this based on numerous positive reviews. As with anything we buy these days it's always a crap shoot if the products are any good. We shall see!

Fantastic flusher

The Toto has a nice appearance and excellent performance for the all important everyday flushing at our home. The home essentials direct experience was great and so would highly recommend both this toilet. Which I researched for some time to land on this excellent yet affordable Toto Drake model.

Buy this one

The flushing power is quite impressive, and the special finish does seem to be helping keep things cleaner, longer. Zero issues with fit and finish.

Great toilets for the price!

We purchased two of these to replace old toilets in our home. We like them so far - it’s been three weeks. Each flush is consistent and does the job well (no particles left behind). The flushing sound is a little loud but it’s not bad. The look is sleek and the handle is easy to push down. The missing star is because we experienced a tiny leak coming from the tank on one of the toilets a few days after it was installed. Our plumber found the source and sealed it - problem solved. Not sure if the leak was due to poor manufacturing or if it happened during the installation. But the fix has held up.

Excellent product. The finer lines make it very easy to keep the outside clean and the circular flushing stops any chance of a stain and is very efficient using a very small amount of water. It would be a really nice addition to any bathroom and the shape of it makes it take up hardly any room. We are extremely pleased with it.
