Great toilet. Good flush, takes everything down. Compact low back design, fit under our extemded vanity top. Easy to clean, soft close lid is great. Stays clean, might take a flush or two. Might buy for the rest of the bathrooms. Installed a few weeks ago. Comfortable height. Pricey but worth it. You get what you pay for!

Great new toilet

We needed a new toilet as the original was 40 years old and had a leak. This was recommended by the plumber as one of if not the best to buy. We ordered it and it arrived 2 days later. There was great communication on the delivery including having the driver call us. The toilet is great, perfect for our bathroom, and seems to be very efficient.

Smaller toilet to fit smaller space

The toilet came with all the parts and fits the space we have with room to spare. So glad that dimensions were on the website so we could find an adult sized toilet that fit our smaller space.

General review

The item I ordered came partially broken! I was not happy. I have ordered many items from you and generally everything went smoothly, but there have been times where there were parts missing or broken. You have been quick to replace them, but it is still frustrating to not have things arrive in order. Need to clean up your act at the fulfillment center.

The overall size of this toilet is smaller compared to toilets with a separate tank which makes our bathroom appear roomier; it has a very bright color which is also nice; the flush is good considering that the tank size is smaller than with a separate tank; we have had it for less than a month and so far are pleased with this toilet. We will need to see how it performa over time.

I've had this toilet for two weeks. The siphon flush works well. It flushes completely and cleanly. The toilet looks great. The company's customer service was excellent. When we installed the toilet, the seat broke due to a defectively angled attachment piece. Through Home Depot, we requested a new seat. Home Depot contacted the company, which emailed me immediately, promising a new seat. The seat arrived two days later.

The size was perfect for a smaller bathroom. Makes the most of the quantity of water per flush, effectively sending the contents of the bowl (and bowel) down and away without any fear of reappearance. The single piece construction makes cleaning simpler and eliminates any problem with tank-to-bowl leakage. I’m happy with the design, form, fit and function. Worth the extra money.

The Toto toilet is a perfect fit for my bathroom. It fits under a built in shelf. I love the higher height of the toilet seat.

My second Toto, another success

This is our second Toto, for different bathrooms, in 2 years. STILL... The Ultimate! Small footprint, low water usage, does everything you want a toilet to do with no plumbing issues, UNLESS you think a hygiene event requires a half a roll of TP. It is a standard size, but superior design and engineering.

Toilet has a quiet flush and works well. It is smaller than I expected
