Very delighted with my shipment and that this toilet arrived safely. I am looking forward to many happy years with this fixture in my home. The transitional style is a nice looking toilet. I work for a plumber, so I really appreciate an updated style. Installation went great. Note to purchaser, you will need a supply line, wax ring and closet bolts. This toilet flushes amazingly well, and I am so thrilled that I replaced the 25 year old toilet with this one.
I love the toilet, its shape, size, and low flow quality. However, it too three tries to ship a toilet bowl unbroken. The way the toilet was boxed, in a large outer box with no hand grips, and was impossible for a single FedEx driver to manage and wasn't marked fragile. The heavy toilet was unbalanced in this larger box. To save money, re-examine how these fragile things are packaged. Also, only one of the two extra toilet tank tops was returnable. The other I will donate to the Habitat Restore, but this seems like another cost waste for Wayfair. I could easily have returned both of them. They're unharmed and undamaged.

It’s actually toilet, low flush. Works fine.
I ordered two of these Toto Drake toliets. 1 toilet came undamaged and was satisfactory. I got a replacement for the 2nd toilet as the bowl was damaged. The packaging for the bowl was very inadequate as the replacement also came broken. In the end, I opted to just get a refund for the second toilet, as I was not confident in the packaging. 2.5/5 stars
