I was told by the purchasing agent that it was a complete toilet not just a toilet bowl. I was shocked to find out that it was only the ball and I returned it to your company. You did handled it quite well as far as the return went and I appreciated that but the agent that sold it to me gave me every impression that it was a total toilet.

All around quality

The fully glazed trapway avoids a clogged toilet. It has a powerful flush and uses a smaller amount of water as with my old toilet. The Everclean bowl does what the manufacturer states. After I bought one toilet it works so well that I bought two more for the house.

Love this throne

Great height and love the power wash feature. Makes it much easier to keep nice and clean.

Great toilet!

Bought this for a small rental property that had an older Kohler toilet that just couldn't do the job. Even though this toilet uses less water it flushes very well. Tenant is happy that there are no more backup and overflow problems. I am impressed with this toilet and the price point.

Best toilet we have ever owned

I had a plumber install this toilet. He commented that this is "one of the best flushers" he had ever seen.
