The pattern is nice, but it is much thinner than we expected and the color online made it appear more tan when in fact it is quite white.

Too white and not actually washable in a regular household
IT GREW ON ME.
I wasn't in awe when I unboxed my oversized 9x12 rug because colors looked slightly different 😅. I was like 'I've been duped' because I spent $500 to get it to Zambia. I must say I judged too quickly, 2 days later, it grew on me and my space looks elegant. I was about to return it but I'm keeping it. It's soft but pile is low so you need a rug pad for extra comfort. Design score 7.5/10 comfort 6/10. Overall score? 7.
[Rewarded Review] Not What I Expected.
The rug displayed here is ivory/beige with a hint of brown but the rug I got certainly is cream white and has a velvet-ish shine to it. In summary, the rug on the website looks darker but the one I got is bright. On the bright side, the rug is soft. I don't hate it neither do I love it but rugs usa should do better to display actual photos. 6/10. I would like to return it but I can't because it crossed the pacific to come to Zambia and I woul'd have to pay for freight.

It's been more than a month since I paid for the rug and I haven't received it. I don't understand why you have such poor workmanship. You ask me how my order went. This is something without explanation.

Received the rug today, two days earlier than expected. Rug was well packaged and delivered with care. It’s an extra large washable rug so it arrived folded yet it laid completely flat in less than an hour. It is so soft and beautiful and feels great to walk on. Super happy! I believe this is the fifth rug I’ve purchased from rugsusa.com and they have all been wonderful and long lasting.

You would think they would know better than folding a huge rug ! But that's how they shipped the rug I ordered. I refused the rug as soon as it arrived. I called customer service and they told me (in very broken english) that if I ordered another rug they would fold it to ????
