Smelled like chemicals/ vinegar !

I purchased the twin size and when I opened the package it smelled like vinegar / or type of chemical . I tried washing it but I still could smell it and it made my other clothes that was in there smell too ! For an expensive sheet set - it certainly was poor quality! I called Walmart and brought it to the store and got my money back ! Look elsewhere for sheets !
