This was a Christmas gift which is Christmas Day today so it was just unwrapped last night. Haven't had time to use it yet, but it seems like a very well constructed Pot and very well made. I would assume it will do well in cooking soup or whatever you want to ma ke.

I love these stainless steel pans. I would give them five stars but because they are so expensive only have four stars were given. These pans are hefty and cook foods evenly. These pans will last a life time so I guess you get what you pan for.
