This is a great everyday fry pan. I can cook many types of meals in it. From eggs to tacos to one pan casseroles it works great for all. In addition, clean up is a breeze. The only thing is, I will probably still use my cast iron skillet or stainless steel skillet for my steaks. I just get a better sear on them than with this pan. Overall, a fantastic addition to my cookware.

I was not sure what to expect from the Calphalon Premier Ceramic NonStick Fry Pan and honestly thought it would be just another non stick pan I was so wrong, since the first time I used this pan it has been the only one I’ve used! The construction is solid, nothing, I repeat nothing sticks! I don’t need to add butter or oil to the pan before cooking unless I want to! The glass lid is solid and fits perfectly, the fact I can put it in the oven is fantastic, I’ve sautéed veggies, then sprinkled a little cheese on top and put the whole pan in my oven to melt the cheese! It’s scratch resistant, such a bonus with anything non stick! I tend to use bamboo wood so this isn’t a huge thing for me, but for some it is. I’ve tried to get food to stick, heating up bbq in it, no oil, or water just letting it sizzle. Food came right out and it was simple to wash off. The handles are well attached, no wobble or loose screw, honestly everything about it is such high quality, the heat distributes across the whole pan evenly, with a gas stove top this is a huge plus. If you’re looking for new cookware, this is such a great choice! I plan on adding more pieces of this to my collection as I replace my older items!

I am OBSESSED with this pan. I’ve never had quality pans and now I’ll never be able to go back. The Premier Ceramic Nonstick 12” Fry Pan with Cover looks very stylish and is heavy duty. I’ve cooked bacon, sautéed vegetables, chicken breasts and everything has cooked perfectly. The heat is distributed evenly and the pan is perfectly leveled for optimal cooking. It cleans very easily which is a huge plus. I need the entire Calphalon pan line now. Highly recommend!

I received this product free in exchange for an honest review on Influenster. The calphalon pan I received is the mushroom color. It is absolutely gorgeous! It came with a cover, handy for stopping splattering or for melting cheese in quesadillas or grilled cheese. The pan is durable, strong, and food slides off with no sticking. I love this so much I will go buy companion pieces. It’s not often one finds a product that is both durable and beautiful. Calphalon jasmine done it!

I couldn't wait to test this pan because it looks so sleek and well made I wanted to make sure its performance is adequate. It didn't disappoint! It cooks perfectly, the heat distributed evenly on the entire surface and the food slides effortlessly and easily like I've never experienced before. It is also over and safe! And don't let me start it on the cleaning it's like a breeze - no scraping. I haven't tested it in the dishwasher yet but I will probably never do because I want to have this pan forever and will hand clean it every time, it is very easy so why risk it .

What I like: This is a solid skillet and lid. Very well made. Even heat distribution. Scrambled eggs cook and clean up like a dream. It’s beautiful as well. What is lacking: the interior bottom is t completely flat. Oil collects around the perimeter, leaving the center uncoated. The helper handle (though sturdy) gets HOT! Beware. Don’t try to cook fried eggs in this. They are problematic and stick. Overall, I love this skillet 😀. It’s very nice. Just know what it works best for and what it doesn’t. Thank you Calphalon and Influenster for letting me try this out. It’s a keeper and frequently used item in my kitchen.

This nonstick pan is my new favorite! The warm gray/beige enamel matches my earth tone aesthetic perfectly. Not only is this pan sleek looking, it cooks beautifully. We made sloppy Joe's and nothing ever stuck to the pan. I like the nice flat glass lid. I'll be on the hunt to add more from this collection to my kitchen!!

This nonstick pan has blown my mind- truly! I typically use cast iron or stainless cookware, but always have a non stick around for eggs and the like- but I had never invested in a high quality nonstick pan- this Calphalon is next level amazing! It’s nice and weighty, a versatile size, and it is genuinely non stick- to the level of eggs literally sliding around the pan. I love the glass lid, and everything is well riveted and sturdy. I appreciate that it’s dishwasher safe, but it’s truly so easy to clean that I just give it a quick hand wash after using it. I honestly didn’t know that truly high quality nonstick pans EXISTED, and I’m hooked! I can’t wait to try more cookware and bakeware from Calphalon. Thanks to Influenster for providing this product in exchange for my honest review. This pan is great! I was really disappointed when the box arrived, as it was super light. I thought that there was no way it was going to be a quality product. I have a traditional non stick Calphalon pan that is about this size that is at least double the weight. I also have a full set of Caraway ceramic cookware that is also quite heavy, but has started to show scratching and pitting even though metal utensils have never gone near them. The packaging mentioned that you can use any utensils (even metal, but I can’t bring myself to do it) and clean it in the dishwasher. Hand washing this is a breeze though because nothing sticks to it, even eggs or cheese. A quick wipe with a paper towel and then a light cleaning with soapy water and it’s good to go. It heats evenly and the bottom surface is completely flat so it can be used on any type of cooktop. I’ve used it almost every day for the last couple of weeks and I think it’s time to upgrade all the pots and pans to this line, it’s great!

Thanks to calphalon and influenster for the opportunity to test out this pan with cover. We used it multiple times already to fry fish, cook eggs, hash browns, fried rice and other things in it and used non or a bit of oil and the food does not stick to it. It's also really heavy and sturdy, it is good quality and I belive it will last us for a while this is a great item for someone who cooks lot. Me and my wife cook every day and it's been a great addition to our pots and pans. We will be buying more of this brand.

Frying Pan is a durable very well constructed yet lightweight and well balanced. It is made of Hard-anodized ceramic-coated aluminum that provides good heat transfer. The non-stick ceramic coating works very well and does not give off any toxic fumes like a teflon coating would. As an added bonus, you can also use mental utensils without having to worry about damaging the non-stick surface. Cleanup is easy and fast with minimal effort. While there is some heat transfer to the handle, (I have a gas stove) it still remains cool enough to the touch even after extended cooking time. Overall this pan is a great value for the money and is superior to some other pans I have tried in this price range.

I absolutely love this pan!! It seems to be extremely good quality and appears to be very well made. The pan is a lovely blue color and the 12 inch is a great size. I have used it a few times now and not only does the nonstick work beautifully but it is extremely easy to clean. While cooking, the heat on the pan seems to be distributed very evenly which provides for even cooking of everything in the pan. I love the depth of the pan too and can’t wait to make some fabulous pasta dishes among other things in it. I have tons of different pans and this one has quickly become my go to for nonstick. The size and depth allows for a large amount of food to be cooked in it and the clear glass lid means I can easily see how the food is cooking without lifting the lid. I am very impressed with the quality and am already looking at other Calphalon pans I can add to my collection.

It is heavy pan but it worth having as part of your kitchen cooking items. The design is well made. And the versatility is amazing. I really like the Calphalon brand and I absolutely love this frying pan. This pan is ceramic nonstick and made without PFAS. It cleans in seconds thanks to the quick cleaning technology that also eliminates hot spots for precision searing, sautèing and browning. When there are 2 handles to hold, it feels safe to use. The product is equipped with a non-stick coating so it is easy to clean. When cooking, it heats up very quickly so it will save gas. My wife really likes this product. To say I am impressed is an understatement, Premier Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan in the color Mushroom by Calphalon is a top notch cooking pan! Made with hard anodized ceramic coating, and heavy duty aluminum construction, you know every meal will turn out perfect. It feels like it is made well when you first pick this up, and it looks beautiful with the mushroom colored outer shell. The stainless steel handle feels perfect in your hands when you are cooking. The ceramic coating made it so I did not need to add any, or as much oil or butter to saute things, which meant things are healthier overall. And it was an absolute breeze to clean. I typically hate having to hand wash things, even though this is dishwasher safe, it is recommended you hand wash, but even still it isn't a problem because you can almost just wipe it clean because nothing sticks! This is a spectacular piece of cookware and every home should have it.
