Good wok works well easy to handle

I’ve used this wok several times and each time thoroughly enjoyed using it and it has worked well for me despite the fact it’s not the usual cast iron wok. This wok is easier to handle and cleans up very nicely. It’s non stick feature is a big plus for those of us that are amateurs.

Perfect size and weight!

I love this wok! It is the perfect size not too small and not too big. I love the ease of lifting the wok from both the handle and the opposite grip. The wok has a stable weight so cooking stir fry meals in it is perfect. The glass lid is useful to view your cooking and clean up is a cinch.

Great wok -- don't use metal on it

I've been on the hunt for a great wok for a while and this has been my favorite so far. I like that it is dishwasher- and oven-safe and that it has a lid, but you should really only use wooden or silicone spoons/spatulas on it. I used metal tongs once to serve noodles out of it, and the bottom got a bit scratched up. Otherwise, the pan heats quickly and distributes heat really well.

Excellent wok!

We use it all the time. It works really well on our glass top stove. Great heat transfer. Easy to flip without making a mess. The non-stick surface is super easy to clean and the workmanship is outstanding. Well worth the price!

Outstanding Wok for both electric and gas ranges

The flat bottom of the wok allows for even heat distribution and cooking. The ability to sear with a non-stick service makes for a very easy cleanup.

Lightweight non-stick wok of useful depth and diameter

Good design and useful depth and diameter for cooking multiple servings of stir fry without having to be extra careful stirring the food so it doesn't splash over the edge. Lightweight aluminum construction makes it very easy to hand wash relative to the old-style cast iron versions. Non-stick finish seems quite tough so far and doesn't require seasoning.

My husband loves it!

I got this as a gift for my husband and, to be honest, was quite worried when it arrived: it appeared to be enormous!! But, that was mostly packaging to keep it in excellent shape. He is very happy with it. He has a smaller flat-bottom wok with no lid, and loves having this bigger one with a lid. I think the main handle is a little problematic for picking it up when there is food in it, but the small handle takes care of that. An excellent gift.

Great pan

I purchased this and another comparable one (All-Clad) to compare and see which I'd prefer. To my surprise, I LOVED this one over the All Clad. It was much lighter weight (yet solid and durable), and the handle was so much easier to hold and it felt secure in my grip. Also, it boasts being durable enough to use metal utensils... definitely a plus. I'm really happy with this wok, and its been great to cook with. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.
