Dry clean only and stained from a water spill
I had this rug 9 by 12 extremely expensive rug for less than 2 weeks when hot water spilled on it. The rug changed color where the water spilled and it was stained permanently. I tried to spot clean but caused a larger mess. It is a dry clean only rug. There was no warranty and I am unable to return the rug to the company. I am so disappointed
Quality Rug!!
We had tried a few other "less expensive" rugs and were very disappointed. Then we splurged with the Mesa Gypsum and were SO pleased on the quality, look, and feel. We immediately placed it in the entryway and it rolled out perfectly flat -- no messing with reverse roll or corner rug grips. It is a stunning texture and beautiful rug -- elegant! LOVE this purchase!! You can't believe how many compliments we received on the rug! We just finished a major renovation on the entry area and they noticed the RUG!!
Nice little rug
This rug arrived on time and was in great condition. The colors and quality are as described. We use it as a rug by an entry door and it works very well.
