It’s great and firm, exactly as pictured. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because attaching the back piece has been so difficult. I still haven’t fully attached it.

Awesome and comfortable
Was heavier than I expected and I had trouble connecting the back and arm pieces but once assembled it is perfection. It’s firm but good for a nap or working on a laptop or iPad. The boucle material is nice and the color is just as expected.
The Chaise is exactly like the images! It’s beautiful! Came slightly dirty in one part of the chaise but I was compensated by Wayfair in order to be able to purchase a fabric cleaner machine. Overall extremely happy with my chaise and with the customer service provided at Wayfair. 1010 would recommend buying before it’s sold out!
It is so cute and comfy, I got it to go next to my bookshelf (which I haven’t assembled but will be in the place of all the dog toys lol) to make a sort of “reading nook” it’s perfect. I took off the back part of it so that it could go on the wall that worked for me.
