Massive, comfy, kind just there

This thing is massive in a good way. You can sink into it and get comfortable if not the first try then get up and jump back in and it’ll form around you like a loose fitting glove. It came air packed air tight and took a while to air and fluff out. It’s easier to love around than an actual bean bag the same size. My 5 year old loves it and we got it for the office. Like I said it is massive and even though it seems super cool we kind of had to stick it between the wall and desk and it’s kind of just there. It’s good for kids and adults.

no memory foam, no inner liner

Don't tnow why they mention the cover. If you go to wash it, you'll notice the pull tab for the zipper has been removed and the zipper glued in place. There is no "cover". There is a nearly impossible to wash microsuede containerfull of foam bits, if any of them was anything but regular old foam, no actual memory foam could be find anywhere. Also, my phone does not take pictures smaller the 5 mb maximum on here. This isn't 1998, Mr or Mrs Walton.

Disappointed

I ordered 2 Black sofa sack bean bag chairs, memory foam loungers %26 I received 2 dark blue ones today. Only know they were blue because when I was trying to get these heavy boxes in the house, the tape came off top of box. So looked at other one %26 it was blue as well. So disappointed! Now I have to haul these 2 big ole boxes to a Walmart location to get a refund, scared to reorder the black %26 this happens all over again! The workers really need to pay attention to details of orders %26 view the product/details before shipping items out.

Not as advertised. Buyer beware. Would not buy ag

So far we have been trying to get the shredded foam to expand. Nothing like the bean bags of yore .. very heavy and not soft or fluffy. What they fail to disclose in the pre purchase notes is that it will be industrially compressed and will take 4 or 5 days of effort to get it fluffed out. So we are all three of us pulling on the foam block which is like a bag of feed in a giant pillow case we might have a better review by end of next week. So far ,,, not as advertised. Would not buy again and am disappointed that this was not covered in the pre purchase description and notes. Nothing like the feather light styrofoam mini balls from the 1990's or 1980's well its been 10 days since the bags arrival and its still a big shapeless heavy lump of foam rubber. we have spent way too much time trying to get some loft or some separation --- the only one who enjoys the chair is our 13 lb rescue cat. Wife has to get help to even drag it around the carpeted room to vacuum or dust. Cannot really ship it back as we cannot recompress it to the suitcase size box it came in. We are now looking for the same item for our daughter as this was a complete waste of money.

False advertising, nothing like the photo

Definitely needs another 20 lbs of foam, more cheap fabric than anything else, if your over 30, you'll need to crawl out of this thing, especially with bad knees, ends being 6-8" tall when spread out, the picture is not what it is, the photo shows over stuffed, but what you get is a deflated air bed, complete false advertising. The fabric is thinner than a pillowcase. Weighs 65-70 lbs, but needs much more filler. Honestly, it's like a deflated air mattress. Not happy

Comfortable Bean Bag Couch

I was expecting a big bean bag chair, and this exceeded my expectations. It's much bigger than you would think, basically the size of a couch, and its perfect for anything; sitting, laying down, even sleeping, as long as you bring a pillow and blanket. There's enough room for two grown adults to sit comfortably, and if you get a boxspring and lean it against a wall, you can basically turn it into a couch. It's fairly lightweight for it's size, but hard to grip. It arrived earlier than it first said, and it did need some time to expand after being compressed in the box for shipping, about 2 days for me but it said up to 5 days. I ended up ripping some of the foam on the inside on accident, thinking it was foam beans or something, so don't do that. It's a bit chunky now, but still comfortable.

Used and Bulky; No cover to clean it

Comes with packaging instructions about a safety zipper and interior packaging that can be thrown away. I thought I was misunderstanding the whole 'safety zipper' instructions, only to realize it did not have this and it was already opened by someone else, and there was no interior packaging to be thrown away. Disappointed for how much this cost. It's bulky and takes 2 people to manage. There is no way to 'roll' this to fluff it up. It is huge and heavy. after a few weeks it now has a dent in the filling which you are to roll the bean bag to get it back in shape. No way. There are no instructions how to clean it as the cover cannot be removed. A question was answered a cover could be purchased but Overstock cannot find a cover. 'Spot cleaning' is not great unless you bathe before using every time. This was a waste of money since there also is no way to return this huge purchase. Very disappointed. Updated: Return policy is horrid. Overstock expects you to take it to UPS for a return. Wow. How would that work? Plus, you lose most of your money. Unless you are a teenager, I do not recommend this product. I am furious!!!

Dishonest description

I received one of these sacks (6) for a fathers day gift. I built my own mattress using poly, memory (wifes side), and latex (my side) foam layers. I have also purchased 3 shredded memory foam pillows (all different brands). When I opened the package I new something was of. It did not immediately begin to expand like every other memory foam product I have purchased. I broke apart the crispy pieces inside in homes that that would improve the situation. It did not. It felt nothing like memory foam. I had a suspicion that it was instead filled with cheap poly foam. I unzipped both of the zippers and what do you know. Poly foam. I now have a flat, limp, uncomfortable poly foam bean bag. If you want video proof lookup my review on the site that has a smile on their packages. It has a picture of the sad bean bag and a video of the non-memory foam piece I removed. The username that the review is under is jaydub1977. I am hoping that Sofa Sac uses a third party manufacturer that just sent them a bad batch rather than the company purposely misleading customers. I plan to leave a review on every site that sells this product. I am hoping that they will replace the product I received with one actually filled with memory foam. Id they do I will update this review.

It's a blob.

It's exactly as described. This is not your traditional beanbag. You cannot fight, you cannot reason with it. It will do what it wants despite your best efforts. Mold yourself to it, as it will not mold itself to you! It arrived in a thin zippered bag heavily compressed, so while you don't need to stuff it, you do need to put in a workout to separate the foam pieces from the heavily compressed block it arrives as. It's very heavy, and so far being a 200lb and strong guy, it's resisted my efforts to shape it into anything resembling a sitting position. It's bloody fabulous of you want to lounge on your back though. Do yourself a favour and just accept it owns you, not the other way around and you'll be happy. Also, after some initial hesitation, the doggo loves it. I'm pretty sure I paid extra for the grey one, but received what's clearly navy blue. It works with my room so I'm putting up with it.

Great Quality and VERY Comfortable

Absolutely love this “bean†memory foam bag. It is huge and just the right size for ds, who is 5’ 11†. The item arrived just as it’s listed and compacted in a zippered bag. I highly doubt ever being able to fit it back in the bag, but can be reused to store other things as it is vvery sturdy and large- bonus! The bean bag is velvety soft and stretchy and we did rotate it and move it around for the 4 days to have it reach its full potential and expand. It was difficult not to want to plop on it right away, but we did test it out a few times. There was a very faint odor that disapated within a day for us. The other huge plus is the color was exactly what we hoped for! It is listed as lime and the color on my screen seemed like it would be darker, we were happily surprised that it was a lighter lime color than pictured. The only thing I would make sure to mention is make sure you have enough open space to fully enjoy it, as listed its long and wide and can be repositioned, but would make a small room feel cramped. Fortunately there is plenty of room for where we wanted it. Overall the quality and comfort has been impressive thus far and we have been very happy with this purchase.
