Hinges broke in 8 months.

Poor quality hinges. I just purchased this on March of this year. Just 8 months ago. And already the hinges have broke and I need to replace it.

This "never loosens" seat lost one of its nuts soon after I bought it. I got a replacement nut/bolt that said it was universal, but the nut would not screw on. The bolt is so secure in the hinge that I can't remove it replace it with the one I bought. So somehow, even though they are so proud of this feature that they include it in the name of product, it was actually the worst thing about the product.

This says it’s never loosens. This is loose after three months of home use. Also it says it’s wood enameled. But this is just cheap plastic. Try another option.

These toilet seats are terrible. Don't buy. Soon after installing them the paint on the seat started smearing off. Now the seats have black smudges and black stains where the paint came off. I wish I would have never bought these seats.

Unsatisfied

Installation was pretty easy but toilet seat still wobble. Cleaning with Clorox is a big no it takes off the paint. This is the second one I brought n both broke within less than 2 months. I wouldn’t recommend this toilet seat.
