Cami Sofa (Natural)

I love the look of this sofa, and had been eyeing it for years… I finally pulled the trigger last month and unfortunately, it’s not great. First, the color is pretty, but it’s not accurate. It is definitely light grey, not the tan-ish (natural) color portrayed. Second, the seat is really deep, but the back cushions are super short, so it’s comfy to lay on but super awkward to sit on unless you bring your feet up on the sofa and scoot way back, but like I said the back cushions are really short so there’s not a lot of support. Last, and the most frustrating thing about this sofa, is that the bottom cushion just does not have enough filling. So every time I get up there’s a big hole where I sat and I have to fluff/smooth it out. I’m constantly flipping the cushion. It just looks really sloppy if I don’t, so I’m going to have to buy additional stuffing to try and bulk it up. Anyway, like I said, it is good looking, but not the most functional or maintenance free and for the price not sure it was worth it for me personally.

Arthur Sofa

I have mixed feelings about this sofa. It's not quite like it appears online. I purchased two of the Arthur Sofas. They both arrived in a timely manner, so that's a BIG plus for me. However, when I received my sofas it took a ton of fluffing and shifting of the fill, just to get them to look halfway decent. I had to spend about an hour trimming off all of the excess pieces of string hanging from the sofa and the cushions. I added a ton of throw pillows to achieve some comfort when sitting on them. After working with them a bit, they look really nice sitting in my living room. It's just a pain to have to fluff and twist the cushions back into shape every time someone sits on them...thank goodness no one in my house really likes to sit in the living room anymore. It kind of hurts my heart, I was SO excited about the purchase of my two new sofas.

Simple and Comfy

Although shipping did take a while, I am super pleased with this sofa. It’s a very neutral color between nude and gray. Pretty comfy and I’m sure it well get broken in and be even more comfortable. I love it!

Billed in March/Still NO furniture

Wow. Interesting to receive a review request when we still have no furniture from a March order. The original delivery time was 6-8 weeks. We ordered in-person at the Magnolia Home store in Waco over last Spring Break and we were told by a salesperson it was 100% refundable, even after delivery. There was never any effort or communication to check in with us regarding a significant delay. It took our reaching out to find out details. After waiting nearly 5 mths, we requested to cancel this order, only to be told it's 100% NON-refundable. We were billed the FULL amount 5 months ago and have NOTHING. I understand there are delays due to covid but refusal to refund a customer's money is not acceptable business. Again, we have not received one piece of furniture from this order.

sad to say

I ordered this couch in February and at the time was told it was in stock. To make a very long disappointing story short, it was not in stock. I had to call every 2-3 weeks to check the status. June arrived and we were moving out of state and we needed furniture and was told again that it was delayed but was given an expected date. I asked the CSR to please call me the next day after she called on it to let me know as I would be canceling the order if it was not in and she agreed. I never heard back from her so I called the next day and it was delayed again so I canceled the order. I inquired as to why she did not call me to let me know and was told that she was off that day. All CSR were very kind and helpful but was unable to get a call back or a accurate status on the couch. Very sad that it did not work out and the lack of communication in the end was the very reason that I cancelled the order. I believe I spoke with Hannan several times and she was very sweet and helpful and dependable for a call back.

Don't buy this!

cushions are too soft, too many disconnected pieces and it makes the sofa look messy all the time, way too low, side pillows are always falling down, color wasn't true to what's shown online, no customer service phone number, and it took a ridiculous amount of time to schedule a return. Don't buy this terrible piece for a ridiculous price.

Lacking Delivery Requirements

Unlike professional companies, Lulu and Georgia doesn’t bother telling you if there are requirements for their furniture delivery to be completed successfully. I ordered this sofa after measuring the space where I wanted to place it, obviously. What was unclear was how much this sofa can break down for delivery/installation. And I learned the hard way that it doesn’t breakdown much at all. I wish the purchase process explained the delivery/installation requirements because it is one big piece that can’t be broken down and assembled. Long story short, it won’t fit in an apartment hallway. The worst part is that they are charging me 25% of the full price for “restocking.” I was even willing to purchase a different sofa if they can explain which ones break down for assembly in an apartment. But the CS rep was entirely unhelpful. I took a chance on this startup-y brand and now I’m paying for it. Never again.

Horrible experience

Hello, I’d like to give my honest opinion on how bad this buying experience has been. Purchased the sofa on November 25th, still NEVER received it. Purchase the expensive shipping to see if that helped, did not. Only been contacted by email, never once by phone to express how I feel. Very frustrated and disappointed with overall shopping experience with Magnolia.

WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR COUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP PLEASE. We still have not received our couch. We have been calling the AWest company and they have not returned our calls. Last we saw the couch left Magnolia and is sitting in Dallas, that was two weeks ago. We understand this is not YOUR fault, but we have started paying for the couch and are currently sitting on the floor waiting for it to arrive. PLEASE HELP!

Great couch, color not adequately represented

Comfortable couch for a small space (I live in an apartment). The depth is great for two people to lounge without being on top of each other. Color is actually Grey (refer to the picture of the couch on the ""Briget Side Table"" page for an accurate representation of the color. It is not a neutral beige as it appears in the photos, it is GREY. Overall works in my space, but not the exact color I was going for.

No, horrible customer service made for a bad experience

I tried to reach out to Lulu and Georgia by phone, email and Facebook messenger. After not receiving any responses I tried to cancel the order only to again get no response. My first contact from Lulu and Georgia was after I froze the payment and told the shipper we were not accepting the couch. All of a sudden I got instant responses to me emails. Will never do business with this company again.
