Great stove I just wish it came with or had an option for wind guards.

Awesome little stove!

No issues so far. Still afraid of it leaking so I always turn off the valve on tank. Like that I can close it and there’s a tray. Got this one because of the accessories like the griddle

Perfect fit.

Bought this for dry camping trips and hunting trips and based on immediate observations it will work well for those purposes. It is relatively light weight and it's smaller size makes packing it easier.

All around versatility

Ive had the Explorer 60, 2 burner for years. Like it very much and have done a lot with it. Down side is its a bit heavy and bulky, with the 2 burner flat top, to take on the road for camping. So, got the Explorer 30 and already had the 14” flat top. Its done everything weve needed (burgers, eggs, grilled sandwiches on flat top, stir fry using a wok or flat top, and fried fish using a cast iron pot). The attached side table makes it near perfect and its much lighter for transport.

Leaves a lot to be desired

The off position is very hard to find and it crests a problem as to whether the stove is completely off.

Love the minimalist and compact design of it. Perfect match for my Discada for camping. LOVE IT!!! I would recommend this to everyone. Perfect match with my 5L Propane tank.

Great 'compact' versatile cooker.

Our family has several stoves ranging in size for backpacking and kayaking to car camping to portable cooking for large crowds. This single burner is great by itself or in combo with a two burner or another single burner for weekend camping. You save the room on your picnic table and the power of this stove boils water in a jiffy for coffee and cooks up breakfast for six in a jiffy using the single burner griddle (sold separately) on medium low heat. We very rarely use our table top stoves anymore - the quality at 30k BTU output more than makes up for the added bulk if you have room. Get yourself a two burner with griddle and bbq box and save this one for pans and coffee making on an open flame so you don't have to swap out accessories. You'll be able to cook for the entire camp! We have a dedicated 5lb tank for this and it will last a week with regular cooking. I don't give out five stars easily - this unit earns every single one.

Don`t Buy, Don`t Buy.

Factory problems with no factory help. Heat control hasn`t worked right from day one. Camp Cheap says it`s a regulator problem but regulators not covered under warranty. No reason why available. Factory service person clueless about products. Don`t Buy.

Camp Chef Pro 30

So far so good works well with my skillets and discada. Hopefully soon also I will test it with a large pot. For now it is light portable and works well for what I need it for. Haven't used it in a very windy place yet so no issues with it staying lit as of yet. overall pretty happy with this purchase.

Better than a camp stove.

good stove ..takes up little room... on off knob broke easily.

stove works great ....nice and cpmpact like i needed....how ever the knob that controls the flame broke after the third usage, now control just spins freely....

Plow Disc Cooking Burner

Easy to set up and powerful flame. I recommend trying to find the carrying bag that goes with it. I use this burner with a discada/ plow disc in our back yard and also on camping trips

Awkward Design

The stupid control knob is pointed right into the leg. You really have to squeeze your hand in there. Not the most intelligent design.

Produces yellowish flame and alot of carbon

There is weired thing happened after using a year or so that when on it is now producing a yelloish flame and leaves the black color coats on anything put on it. I am not able to use it anymore
