This table is everything I was looking for! Worth the wait with the delayed shipping. It’s the perfect size to seat 6 adults. I was looking for a 54” table vs a 60”, because with a 54, everyone can easily reach the middle of the table when serving food or playing games. Love the warm wood colour. Would recommend.

Love this table! We’ve had it for 6 months and it is seriously so durable! My kids are hard on everything… my hubby even wanted to cover the top with glass to protect it from scratches or damage from spills but there is no need at all! Super sturdy and just so beautiful! Exactly what we wanted and needed! Shipping took about 3 months ( that’s the only downside. But if you have a table in the meantime, it’s definitely worth the wait!!!

Mom review Took 5 months to arrive, but well worth it! Has held up to meals with 3 little kids just fine and wipes down easy with damp wash cloth. I would be hesitant however to let kids use markers, crafts, etc due to the grooves (it has a distressed finish). I don’t think it would be easy to remove markercrqyon colors, for example, from the rougher areas so would recommend a table cloth or place mat for messy kid activities. If used as only a dining table, I wouldn’t worry about it. Very sturdy, no wobbles even when 3 wild boys are bumping into it, leaning on it, etc. It comes in 3 pieces, but my husband and I had it put together in 10 minutes. We seat 5 around it very comfortably and there is room to fit in a 6th chair for a guest.

I have had this table for about a year now. I absolutely love it!! I had to wait around 8 months for it to come back into stock and it was worth the wait. It does have a very light protective coating over the wood which is fantastic for me because I have three small children. I don't have to worry about it ruining the wood because a water cup got left or food got spilled on it. It was worth every penny and I have received several compliments on it. The only negative thing that I can say about it is that the wood underneath the main level does separate and come apart but it does not seem to be affecting its integrity. If you are on the fence, it is a fantastic table! Adding a real life photo for all the Mamas. It gets heavy use but has maintained it's beauty.

Well worth the wait! Took a few months to get it with supply chain delays due to COVID but so happy I waited for it to arrive. Was exactly what I was hoping for. It's a gorgeous table - real, solid wood, and beautiful color! Very heavy but two people can assemble it easily. Only issue - it's a little wobbly on the base - it's not my floor. I got the 60in and maybe there should be some more support from the base to the table top to prevent the slight tilting. The dowels don't help to stabilize it. But nevertheless, it's gorgeous and I love it!!

This is a beautiful table. I get a lot of compliments on it. It feels “expensive.” I’m normally a middle-of-the-road spender so for me this was a little of a splurge but well worth it. It didn’t disappoint. It’s (literally) heavy but also gives it that substantial look. The pedestal leg is also very pretty. The top isn’t “smooth”- when you run your hand across it, it’s smooth, but there are variations in the wood throughout which create little areas. I think it’s what gives the piece character...just FYI. It comfortably fits six but you could scrunch together for 8 if you had a party or something.

Basically, there was a lot of issues in getting the table from warehouse to home. You can review all of those issues in the file case on this purchase. The customer service in handling this 2 month ordeal was excellent. However the table I finally received in late February had many table top imperfections to include a rather long deep ridge which was unsatisfactory. However customer service worked with me to successfully resolve that issue in terms of a partial refund. However, in the weeks that followed that interaction a huge stress crack started to appear on the top and is continuing to expand in length (8”) and width (7mm) and it looks terrible. I do have pictures and will email them to Perigold. This is the first time I have purchased with Perigold and I like the your high end product lines as they seem to compliment the direction of our ongoing renovation. In short, this was a very disappointing purchase for both me and my husband.

I read all the reviews not his table and I was in between whether or not to order. So glad I did, very sturdy, we did have to add a metal shim, but with any pedestal table (even mob solid mahogany 14 seater dinning table). Someone mentioned in a review they did not believe it was real wood, it is real wood!!! You have to look at the design top and and underneath to see how they pieced the table together. It has a very rustic-cottage chair and goes well with the chairs I ordered. The top is somewhat textured bc it is real, has a coating on it to protect from liquid. But it is not shiny. I have received several compliments on the table. MOST important...size 54" round, sits 4 extremely comfortable, sits 6 very comfortable, 8 can get around with the not oversized chairs. This is the perfect kitchen table size for the area I needed in my kitchen with the full length bay window.
