Overweight, could not use

Arrived broken, communication is taking forever.

I received the topper i ordered on Nov. 25th. I immediately could hear rattling in the box. Opened it to find pieces loose in the box. The topper was ONLY protected by a single thin sheet of tissue paper. When i opened the paper it revealed more breakage. I immediately reported this. Took 2 days to receive and email back, apologizing and asking for pictures of the broken topper. I sent those the same day, on Nov. 27th. It is now Dec. 2nd. Five days later, and still no email back, or fixing this issue. I sent another email saying by the time someone gets back to me, Christmas will be over and I won't need the topper anymore.

The product looks high quality material.

The product looks exactly like the picture. This tree topper is so unique and beautiful. I am very pleased with it.
