The rug arrives a bit wet and has an odor of mildew. I suspect they have to wet the jute so they can roll it without damaging it. This seem logical to me. Though I didn’t read it anywhere... it may be stated, if it isn’t, perhaps it should be... It’s the second jute I buy and seems to be the case. The smell goes away after a few days. Anyway, this is a family cottage and we have a lot of looks going on in this room and this has enough color, yet simple enough and also natural enough to pull the look together... ish. I love it!! Fast delivery. No snags.

Could not be happier with this rug. It's sophisticated and earthy at the same time. Looks lovely on my light oak floors. My only regret is I didn't order a larger one!
