Had problems with leakage and also for the flow had to return three of them until we finally got the right one. But I did like the design of the faucet and the way it looked so that’s why I kept trying with different ones.

Well made, good looking but there is a flow restrictor and because of hard water I have to do something about it.

A serious upgrade!

This was a great improvement on the default faucet that came with the house. Beautifully put together, runs a good amount of water, highly recommended!

DO NOT BUY! Leaks even after replacing cartridges.

These started to leak after 1-2 weeks. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me new cartridges. I replaced the cartridges and the same thing happened. Now my issue is that Lowes says it's greater than 90 days after purchase

Purchased twice, broken both times

Love the look of this faucet but if you want one that works, don't buy it. Had a plumber install this, and when it leaked I had them come back to fix it. They did their best, but it started leaking again later the same day. We assumed the item was defective, so we ordered another one. Same issue. Followed the troubleshooting instructions only to discover the instructions mention parts that were not included in either of two faucets we purchased. Tried to call the company four times. No answer.

Installed it, looks nice... but drips. Got the replacement valve per the web site, and it doesn't fit. Contacted manufacturer and they sent another option which also doesn't fit. :(

Poor Quality Faucet

This faucet looks great. Unfortunately, that's the only positive attribute. The faucet sprang a leak from the base and the handle immediately after installation, and ended up causing water damage to our vanity. The problem was not fixable even after hiring a plumber. Save yourself the money and just pay a Delta or Moen faucet.

For a $100 faucet, this is a good buy. I purchased the chrome - it most definitely shows every single fingerprint and water spot but cleans easily. The deck plate is plastic with a chrome-look finish. Easy to install, although the deck plate is a hair too small to completely cover the holes in my counter…it isnt really visible but water will get through if not caulked. The included pop up drain is also easy to install, but I could not get it leak-free without putting silicone caulk where the sink meets the drain and underneath, both where the gasket meets the sink and where the gasket meets the plastic nut.

My Stylish Faucet

I love the style of this faucet in my new bath. It is solid and well made. The drain cover is large and round. It allows for easy drainage AND if you drop jewelry in the sink it won't go down the drain. The stopper has a nice rubber seal that is set just right to prevent such an event. Another great feature of this faucet is that it has a gentle flow of water. The water does not come out fast and splashy. I will get one for my other bathroom.

I would suggest if you want a single hole waterfall faucet this is a very nice choice. I have only had it for 3 days and so far meeting expectations.
