Attractive, functions well, and reasonably straightforward to install. Like the pop-up drain plug.
Chose this faucet to replace an original. The “throw” was perfect for our small sink. Did not use the cheap plastic part that surrounds the faucet portion. Wasn’t needed and looked terrible. Important to note that this faucet does not use a traditional lever to stop the sink. Instead, the stopper functions by pushing down a spring loaded/released mechanism. The stopper is also cheap plastic and scratches easily. Cleaning would scratch the finish off eventually. We decided not to use it opting to just leave the sink open instead.
Bad instructions
There’s no grove for the putty. The instructions page and video refer to this but it doesn’t exist. Why do I have to type my review twice just to pass your minimum character limit?
Beautiful and Sturdy!
I currently have this faucet in my bathroom and absolutely love it! I also recently ordered another for my husbands bathroom since his waterfall faucet gave out" Never ever get a waterfall faucet as they are total junk!"This faucet is not only Beautiful but extremely functional and has strong water pressure. Looks nice and holds up very well. Will eventually replace all my faucets with this one.
I bought 2 first for our to sink bathroom. I didn't work properly, gasket missing on cartridge. Had to remove. No more in store, had to order on line. Haven't installed second faucet currently.
I like it because it matches the other faucet perfectly. It was easy to install. I just hope it lasts longer than the previous one.
wrong item
they advertised a faucet with a stopper handle but is came without one...bad

Purchased and installed 2018 - has always worked perfectly. Aerator is an odd size but was able to find replacements.
Product as described, easy install, fast delivery. Thanks
Great !
The perfect faucet for a small corner sink. Easy to use and install. well made.
I purchased two of these for my master bathroom about twenty years ago. They are supposed to have a "lifetime guarantee." The faucet we use daily has been getting harder and harder to turn and louder and louder squeeking. So I took the handle and faucet off and it is impossible to take the insides out and replace anything. So I bought a new faucet I thought would be identical. It is very different in several ways. The new drain stopper is a push-button with a far larger breadth and black base underneath. There is no bar behind the water handle to raise or lower the stopper. The water service lines are different. I ask Price Fister for a full refund on its "lifetime guarantee" of my original faucet.
Faucet Replacement
This faucet was purchased as a replacement for my older Pfister faucet which was 20 years old. The replacement was nearly identical to the original, which is exactly what I wanted.

Used 3 or 4 of these to replace commercial faucets in a restaurant and they've held up well for months - will be a year in a few more months. Considering these faucets have remained in stock and have repair parts readily available, I'd consider these a good purchase option. The alternative was to order more plastic parts from commercial faucet manufacturer anyways, so I figured what's the difference besides price. Pretty solid buy. Even if they last a year, it'll have been worth it, since they were bought in an emergency to mitigate downtime and they were relatively cheap - but nice enough design to fit in where installed.
Replacement parts availability problem!.
Replacement parts became obsolete so I was forced to buy a new one to match the adjoining sink faucet design: Not customer friendly!.

This was a replacement of the same faucet bought a few years ago, it's not the same, they made it cheap, now it has a two-piece body and the satin finish that costs extra now reflects the counter color and looks bronze. Yes, it turns on and off, but very disappointing, its going back to Home Depot
At 8 months, bad cartridge, water leak at base
I purchased this faucet on 7/1/2022. 8 months later in March 2023 water was leaking steadily out of the base and down the return lines under my bathroom sink. Called support and they are sending 2 cartridges. Not happy with the faucet repair so soon. Customer service was friendly enough. If this happens again ... ?? then I won't be a fan of Pfister.
Disappointed
I recently purchased this model to replace a faucet in our bathroom. After following and re-following all instructions step-by-step, I found that it was defective to the point where water would not even flow out of the faucet. I have done all the suggested steps of flushing the water connection lines, ensuring the water supply valves have been opened, and removed the aerator, all to no avail. I contacted customer service for assistance and/or warranty information but was simply told to return to place of purchase. What a disappointment.

Super easy to install after watching a YouTube video! Pretty faucets, just what I was looking for.

We were looking for a laundry tub faucet with a longer spout. But the only faucet that 2 stores carried was Glacier Bay, a low quality faucet. So we bought 1 Pfister for the laundry tub and 2 different models for our 2 bathroom faucets. They were the same model we had previously used in our bathrooms 10+ years ago. But we no longer had those receipts to use for lifetime warranty on a defective valves.
Make sure you get the required extensions!
I bought 2 faucets. Only one of them had instructions included. The package did not include the extensions required to connect to the water inlets so that required another trip to the store. The connections with the extensions attached did not fit down the hole in the sink and thus had to be made from underneath the sink. This is a very difficult maneuver in a tight space requiring both hands with wrenches in each. This should be redesigned. Once installed, the faucets looked fine and worked well.
