Exceptional quality

I’m reviewing after having the sofas for over two years, and I’m pleased to report they are exceptional quality. They get used a lot and look like new. Very happy with our purchase!

Premium white ottoman

I bought the Alton Bay leather ottoman to go with the Alton Bay leather sectional and also added a Royce power headset zero gravity, reclining chair to go with it, and the whole set looks great. The ottoman goes nicely with the sectional gives you a place to put your feet very comfortable and I love it high-quality recommend

Best decision ever!

I have scoured the internet and local furniture stores for these couches. I kept coming back to this one. I only ordered one at first. It arrived quickly and it was better than I hoped for. The leather feels luxurious! It is firm and easy to get out of, yet super comfortable. I quickly ordered another couch an ottoman. They worked with me and it was delivered before promised! I am so glad I took a chance and ordered these high quality pieces!

Relived! As good as you think it is!

So weird to order on line without sitting on it or even seeing the exact color. Especially leather and as expensive as it is (although for a true looking Chesterfield you can't beat the price). All is perfect so far. It's the right height, the color is darker than the sample, we got carmel brown...but it's good, not to orange, which was a concern.. The cushion edges over the front a bit, not flush, hope this doesn't wear out eventually...I guess we'll find out. Oh! and the 6 payments with no interest is the way to go! And the guys that delivered were just lovely...yay!

Leather sofa

I was very pleased with my leather sofa. I ordered a custom color so I expected a long wait for delivery. I was pleasantly surprized to receive the sofa a month sooner than expected ! It it all I hoped it would be! Classic style, beautiful and comfortable!

Gorgeous!

So excited to finally see my gorgeous couch and loveseat. I was worried that the navy would not be as deep as the swatch, but it is PERFECT! The only reason I give this 4 starts instead of 5 is because it took an entire 6 months to receive. Worth the wait, but quite a long wait.

Great Customer Service!

UPDATE: Customer service sent me the new cushion cover, without any delay. They were very good about it and the living room suit is very nice. I do wish that the cushion covers were leather on both sides, and that the brown wasn't quite as dark, but over-all it's a high quality suit. The tufting is solid, the feet are beautiful, and the frame seems to be sturdy. I'm happy!
