Weak legs, 3 broken after 5 months

Love the look and sturdiness of the tv stand overall, unfortunately 3 legs have broken already after 5 months. I threw away the box so I have to find the company number to call and see if they’ll send out replacements.

The quality of the cabinet is not good. In trying to put it together the shelves did not fit well and caused some damage to the stand. The instructions were terrible. The parts were not labeled well and the instructions were not written, just pictures. We are not pleased with this TV stand.

Save yourself the trouble.

Very unhappy with this purchase. Took a chance after reading the reviews and was disappointed to see multiple parts arrive broken. It’s unusable. Lots of parts to assemble and poor labeling. Will be returning.

Love it

This piece is beautiful! There was an issue with one of the screws breaking through a shelf when we put it together which sucks but it isn't actively visible so it doesn't bother me to much! But I love it!

Not terrible, but not great either

Item had a crack in a portion of the top piece upon arrival, right sided drawer doesn’t slide smoothly like the left, and the black elements looked nice in the picture but are actually a cheap plastic, including the handles to the drawers and the legs. Seems flimsy and not well made. Some of the screw holes in the diagram didn’t exist, and the instruction book wasn’t easy to follow.

Instructions are easy to read. Took about an hour the most to put together. Nice and steady, nice pirce we love how it looks in my living room

The product is beautiful, the instructions are a little confusing-you have to make sure all forward facing trim is in order, one part with the dowels is backwards (you’ll understand when you go through the steps).

Almost perfect TV stand!

Im only giving it 4 stars due to not having any numbers or letters for parts and pieces. So it took longer figuring out which is which. Takes 2 person to carry the box in. But once I figured it out, it looks great!

I love this piece of furniture. I did not give a five star rating because one of the legs was cracked. There was no way I was going to return it because it took hours and an argument with my mum to assemble this product.

We got this item and loves it. Easy to assemble and is a great addition to our living room. The qaulity of this product is great!

Beautiful and confusing

Gorgeous piece. It fits my space perfectly and is sturdy in design. Assembly instructions could have been more specific, such as orientation of drawer slides as up or down and left or right were completely missing. Missing guide holes for all the nails on the backing and rails on the actual drawers. Not a big deal though it still went together beautifully.

Awful construction and terrible directions

The directions to build this stand are a nightmare: there is little to no direction; steps are out of order; and no labels or identifiers for the parts. Our stand came to us damaged with chipping of the wood in several places. The rails for the pull-out drawers were shattered and we had to repair them ourselves. After the stand was built, when we went to move it the top half popped off due to the lack of securing devices for this stand. Overall the stand is nice but was not worth the amount of time and work that went into repairing and building it.

Media stand

I needed a media stand and my brother told me to look at Houzz,so I did. I love the media stand. It was the perfect color for my basement and the price was great. I also bought the jaeden stools for my kitchen and they were also a great price. I highly recommend Houzz for all your needs.

Nice looking, Sturdy Piece!

Product arrived fast and all pieces were in good shape. As with assembling any furniture piece, it does take a couple of hours. All in all I love this piece. The drawers and door are very masculine looking which I love!

The top board corner was chipped off when I received the package; and since it was the last piece in the box, I didn't realized it was damaged after assembling all the other pieces already (CHECK ALL PIECES BEFORE ASSEMBLING). After calling customer service to have the item replaced it was already OUT OF STOCK then. I received a credit for a few bucks but stuck with a damage furniture.

I like the piece a lot, but got 2 stars deducted as 2 of the pieces were broken.

It’s a lot heavier than I thought which I like. Looks fantastic!
