I never used this size iron round dutch oven pot. I tried the 3 qts smaller size dutch oven pot. I bought the red color and it's awesome! You can cook or bake and it keeps your food warm when not in use. Cook vegetables very well. I highly recommend it.
Im very glad I purchased this dutch oven, its small , but good size for a single person witch is why I grab this. And its surprisingly heavy for its size! Witch is a good thing, has great heat retention! Once it get hot its hot all around top to bottom!!...P.S. THE LID of this 3qt doesnt have the dimples that you would find on most other brands of dutch ovens that add in the condensation recirculation of the juices, I would really like to see them put that in the lid ..

3 qt round
This is a great heavy pot for cooking smaller batches of stews, chilis and lentils. I have even used it to make a tiny boule of bread in my oven. Make sure not to use things that will chip the enamel, and let it cool before dumping a bunch of cold water in or on it. Cuisinart also has pretty great customer service. I’m very happy with this purchase.
