Easy to put together good structure had some damage was well cared for by customer service for partial refund or new pieces to be sent. Customer service was pleasant

Boards are crooked holes dont line up soon as we screwed 2 screws in it cracked on back seat cushion smaller then bench

Very well made and solid. Gorgeous black detailing.

Easy to Assemble. Feels stable.

Just put this together and filled with clothing. Fits perfectly at the end of our bed. Feels sturdy when sitting on it.

Nice bench, the screws holding the seat for storage didn’t hold, so had ti use wood glue to make it work properly. Other than that, a nicely built and sturdy piece.

Great bench if you don't mind fixing it before use

Bench looks nice but is NOT friendly to the end user as it pertains to building it. The origin of production for this product did not do very good with quality control as we had to decypher which drilled holes we were to use because there were multiple holes drilled in the same location. Also, screw holes were not aligned properly. Product broke on me while trying to build the bench. I need to repair and fill in the holes that the screws broke in. Bench looks great with a decent storage space, but is seriously lacking in the quality of construction. Buy this if you are handy and know how to repair wood products if it does happen to break on you, it is very nice

Low Quality

Very low quality piece. No quality control! Boards had alignment holes on the wrong side. Of every two screw holes, 1 was misaligned. Bottom of storage bin is so weak (as thin as the back of particle board dressers) it buckled under the weight of two blankets (no middle support, only edge support)

Dont get it

Came broken, I was charged twice and it didn’t work. Ending up having to return it.

Price is about right. Looks nice in bedroom area

It was delivered in a timely manner. The product is beautiful and well worth the money.

Bench is awesome, however the mat it comes with is cheap and scratches way too easily.

Looks nice has storage for a couple blankets or pillows. The bottom floor of the bench is very thin and will not hold a lot of weight. If you want to store anything with weight to it you will have to reinforce the bottom

Overall I'm very much satisfied.

Needed something by the door that was not too big or too small, comfy and concealed shoes, this was it! Put together easily. Sturdy for the price.

Frustrated

I probably could have liked this bench if is wasn't damaged in three areas. And, that wasn't noticed until the Handy Pro had almost finished assembling it. I called Walmart and was advised that a carrier could pick up the bench, assembled, and I would receive a replacement. I became so frustrated with the representative because she didn't even know how to address my concerns. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Walmart.com.
