Adequate design/quality, would not pay full price

Purchased Linon Cary wide 6-drawer rolling storage cart in “natural” color at reduced price. My order was processed promptly and the item arrived within the promised timeframe. Although the exterior (cardboard) carton was slightly damaged, the item inside was protected by pieces of what appeared to be composite board so no damage.

I love how easy these are to assemble! I don't know why there's all there's negative reviews but i had no problem putting them together! In fact i just re-did my craft room and put several cabinets together and These were the easiest ones and their solid wood. Unlike the other ones I put together took over an hour. Just know that they are not gliders but they still work very well.

I bought this couple of yrs ago and finally put it together. Very very happy with this It is all real wood. Not cheap wood.

okay. Not a good value.

Flimsy material (and it smells). Very difficult to put together. The drawers are not the "glide' type, so can be difficult to open, and we purchased for a toddler's room. Instructions were incomplete. Would not purchase again.

Perfect for my needs! Hard to find this specific configuration of chest. Many businesses advertise it to pull you into their site, just to say “sold out”! Thank you actually having the product you advertised and shipping it out in a timely manner.

Skip unless you have patience and time.

Save yourself time and patience and go to Wayfair and buy something assembled!! My box had obviously been returned from the looks at it- can’t blame them honestly! I’m stubborn and put it together (took two days). It needs to be COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED- including drawers. Each of the six drawers requires 8 screws and 2 brads. They say not to use power tools - yeah I have arthritis in my hands so that was ignored.

Terrible and not worth the money

I made this purchased to hold my crafting items. This item is poorly made and not meant to last past several months unless it is not used. The wood is extremely light in weight and not good quality at all. When we unpacked it, pieces were broken or broke when you screwed them together (and yes, we did things the correct way and very carefully). It took 4 hours to put together (and that is with a VERY handy person doing the job). The draws will come completely out when you pull them so you have to be cautious.m. If you were to pull them out to far to get an item, there is nothing to stop it from falling onto the floor. I am extremely disappointed and absolutely would NOT recommend this item to anyone.

Not totally as expected.

Although the description says it is brown, it is actually blonde. The drawers were hard to put together because as I tightened the screws they missed the wood completely. I had to angle them and that made it difficult to tighten.

awful horrible cheap product; broke within 5 month

First off: this product was terrible to put together. I’m talking worse that ikea. You had to make your own holes and the instructions were awful. Then the hardware it came with included the wrong size screws and it made the wood crack. After I finally Jimmy rigged it together, after five months of use (the drawers were horrible to open and the bottom would slide out constantly so really it was not even used well), the wheels broke off and won’t go back in…piece of crap product.

Broken Drawer and very bad scratch on top.

I bought 2 Linon Cary Wide 6 drawers and both came in damage. On the first one my husband put together, the last drawer he put together one corner was broken and I guess they glued it together so we wouldn't notice it but it's very noticeable. The other one was scartch on top and also there was glue I don't know what they tried to do. I did take pictures of it and called the Harlingen Kohl's and I told them I just hated to take them apart and send them back. I really love them I had wanted to buy them other places but I like the quality of Kohl's stuff. They were supposed to give me credit and I haven't gotten it. Like I told the girl I want to get another 5-6 of them. I'm using it in my Workroom.

This product is not worth the money.

I had to look online since there were no instructions included. Still the pictures and part numbers did not match up. The materials are cheaply made and not worth the time to put together. The cart is wobbly and the drawers do not line up. It will go out in the trash tomorrow.

Waste of Money

Despite the price tag this is the cheapest thing I have ever gotten. The wood showed up completely split and any screw that went in split it further. Do not buy this. I ended up throwing it in the dumpster because it's nothing but trash.

Difficult to Assemble and Unusable Drawers

The assembly of the product was difficult. This difficulty stems, not from the complicated nature of the assembly, but from the poor quality of the wood and other hardware. For starters, the plastic piece that the casters connect to did not fit well into the bottom piece. Even with the use of a hammer, the piece still did not stay in its designated position. Furthermore, the back piece is held to the cart with more than a dozen, small nails. These nails bent easily and splintered the wood at places. Sure, I am not the most skilled craftsman, but the assembly shouldn't require one to be a carpenter. Despite this, the product was still assembled well, however, the reason we will return the item is because of the usability of the drawers. The plastic pieces that hold the drawers and let them slide in and out do not completely and easily connect to the side pieces of the cart. As such, some drawers are extremely difficult to open and close. Overall, disappointed, especially at the price of this item.

Poor quality

I ordered these drawers a few weeks ago and they were delivered timely. However, upon inspecting the pieces during assembly you can see that quality control is very poor. They used parts of the wood that had knots right where you are supposed to place casters and screws. Sure enough, while placing a caster it split the piece right down the end where I'm supposed to place a screw. I was too far into assembling to take apart for a return so now I'm stuck with it (no office depot close to me, so I'd have to ship it in the flat pack). Very frustrating.

[Rewarded Review] Good cabinet for my printer

I bought a new printer which was taller than my prior printer, and when I placed it on my existing cabinet it was simply too high. I seen this cabinet online and went to the store to see if they had it locally and they did not, so I ordered it online. The cabinet arrived very quickly, so that was all good. Some reviews stated that they had issues putting the cabinet together but it was fairly simple. The cabinet is fairly sturdy, but not as solid as a solid wood cabinet, but will definitely work. I like all the drawers as it will make keeping things organized pretty simple. Here are the actual dimensions with it put together. 20 3/4 inches wide, 15 1/4 inches deep, and 25 7/8 inches tall with the wheels attached.

Beware

Be warned - this is very time consuming to assemble. It comes with 58 screws to put in by hand and 28 nails. The wood split while I was screwing together the first drawer. There were scratches on the pieces and there was one piece of hardware missing. I will be returning this.

Honest review

A lot more assembly than I thought it would be... Really need a battery drill and selection of Philips screw driver attachments and a hammer, A flat work table and square would also help. No any =extra screws or nails... so don't drop any.. The Masonite backs had to be nailed in place with very soft nails that easily bend. Once done the two drawer sets were fine for what I wanted them for,,, just a lot of work... R

Cute But Junk

Worst assembly project I’ve ever had. Six drawers with 8 screws each NOT PREDRILLED. That’s 48 screws. You would not want to even try this without a drill because your wrist would wear out quick. And nearly half of the flimsy screws stripped. Not even through the first cabinet and dreading having to assemble the second one. If I hadn’t waited 3 weeks for my order and drove 2 .5 hour round trip to pick up from my nearest Walmart (who wouldn’t ship to my house) these would already be returned. They better hold up once assembled. >:-<

[Rewarded Review] Nice piece but a pain to put together

I received this piece yesterday. I looked over the instructions and immediately went to putting it together. I finished about 4 hours later. The pieces aren’t labeled but that’s not the problem. It’s putting the drawers together and having to screw holes into the soft wood with the screws that are provided. There are no holes so you are basically making a hole yourself. I’m sure it would have gone faster if I used my husbands drill but I was afraid I would pop a hole in the wrong spot. When that happens the screw splinters the wood and pieces of the wood break off. All in all I’m glad I bought it but I would not buy another. Too tedious putting together.
