sheds so bad and the color is way more yellow than cream

Shag is right.

This is a nice rug. When it says shag, it's way more shag than it looks in the photo. It isn't a rug that is stiff; it moves around so if you have a chair that you need to move on it or a sofa, then you literally have to pick up the piece of furniture so the rug doesn't slip underneath you. I do like the look of this rug, and it's nice to walk on as well.

Perfect Rug!

This rug hit all the marks for me. I was looking for an thin, textured rug with a unique factor. It's the perfect size for a small space and blends well with my decor. The wool is soft to the touch and the rug lays flat no problem.

Beautiful, soft rug

The quality totally matched what i saw online and it was actually a very beautiful rug. I just had to return it because the size i ordered was too small for the room but if they had had a bigger size i definitely would have reordered it in the bigger size. Beautifully made.

This is a unique and beautiful high/low textured flat rug. If you want something with a special designer look (not another boring flat weave) then this is for you. Mine does look a bit more like a zebra pattern than the stock photos but that doesn't bother me, the tone-on-tone high/low texture is lovely. Definitely need a rug pad on wood floors for comfort and slipping.

The rug I received is definitely not the rug in the pictures. The design is completely different! The rug I received has diamond on it. I will be returning.

Thin, but cool bohemian rug

This is a nice looking rug, although quite thin. The coloring looked a bit too yellow in my room and mine had a defect so I returned it. The person i spoke with on the phone for return was very friendly and helpful though. Great customer service.

Thin rug

This rug is thin and doesn’t really lay nice and flat without a rug pad. It did shed a good deal the first time, but hopefully that will subside with time. Something else to take note of--the tassels are a bit darker than the rug. It’s a good size though--mine is a little smaller than 8 ft wide.
