This sink and faucet are absolutely beautiful! However the plumbing parts that go with the sink that were included in the box, were stripped (the threading mechanism). My contractor had to improvise to get the plumbing to hook up correctly. He had to buy a bunch of other parts to circumvent the stripped threading that came in the box, so that he could get the sink hooked up and working.

Do Not Buy

Installed the faucet only to find out that proprietary water lines do not match up with standard outlets that all homeowners have. Called customer support, They know about the issue and they have no idea what size adapter I need, so I now have to take faucet apart ( not a big deal) but then I have to go to store and attempt to find a female to male adapter to go from my standard fitting to their proprietary fitting. Swiss Madison's only support to me was to return entire unit to store. Unacceptable. Wake up Home Depot...this is not a company you want to do business with.

This set is amazing. The color is vibrant and exceeded my expectations. Needed the drainage kit and a different water hose but all around was worth the purchase. It brings life to our white and gray bathroom.
