It's a great pillow; firm yet comfortable. So far (I've had it for ~ 2 1/2 weeks) it fluffs up well and keeps the shape too. Easy delivery and wonderful customer service.

I live my new pillows. It is worth investing in your sleep. A good sleep is a good life. why did it take me so long to make this imprivement to my bed? Do no let it happen to you.

Love this pillow! I herniated a disc in my neck and have really been struggling to sleep. Got this pillow along with a new Casper bed and sleep has truly never been better!

Little fluffier than I like however my husband loves it. If you have cervical spine issues be aware this pillow might hold your head higher than is comfortable but otherwise a great product!

This pillow is exactly as stated. I does feel cooler than a regular pilllow. I have slept better because it is not so hot sleeping with this pillow.

Good overall pillow

Really like this pillow. Soft and supportive without being to stiff. Easy to fluff and conforms well to my head and neck. Works for me as a stomach sleeper and when I flip to my back. Haven't tested in a pillow fight. Will update.

We saw this pillow had great reviews so thought we would give it a try We already own the “pillow within a pillow” (can’t remember its actual name) and LOVE it ! This one is too flat for us. If you like them flat, this one’s for you

I’m so happy with this brand! I’ve had this pillow for over a year now and it’s still in great shape. I have not purchased from a different pillow brand since.

The pillows are really comfy and stand nicely when the bed is made and they are tucked in a sham, decorating the bed. Also, the price was quite reasonable!

The pillow is what drew my attention to Casper in the first place as I had heard they have amazing pillows. The Casper pillows I have (Essential) go well with my Casper One. Soft and firm and offers a great night's sleep.

Wonderful pillow but doesn’t retain shape much longer than a year. Which is to be expected!

I find it too thick for my preference. I also am having a problem finding an oversized queen pillow case. It’s too thick for standard queen.
