Just got our new faucet installed and it looks amazing. Am very impressed with the craftsmanship and looking forward to using it in our newly renovated guest bathroom.

We have these all over our house and multiple colors and in multiple places and we get tons of compliments on them.

very nice faucet but it has flaws

the faucet is really nice but i had to give it 3 stars only because the spout threads and the main connecting threads are very loose. I wrapped 6 time around with pipe tape and it bottomed out and was loose. I ended up wapping pipe about 8 times and put some liquid pipe sealant on pipe it still bottomed out but seemes to be sealed ok

Easy to install after researching the correct stem extension due to previous installation too deep in wall (Ext6140 if you also need). Once extensions arrived, installation done, works perfect.

Very cool look! When you turn them off, there is a slight delay during which the water pours before shutting off. At first I didn’t like it but now I think it’s a feature.

Honestly, for the cost I was sceptical at first. Still a little. Deliver was quick and amazing, and free I might add. The product I haven’t installed yet, but parts are all packaged beautifully. I usually look for heavy quality parts for faucets which usually means great quality. So far this one has checked all the boxes. Install will be soon but so far 5 star!

Great product & Packaging, installation guide lacking.

This is my 3rd Vigo faucet. Great product & packaging, but this time, there was no hole guide templates for cutting out the required holes in tile or stone. The instructions only indicate the tap hole size and nowhere is the tap handle hole size indicated.

Cracked brass inlet

Bought this a year ago before ready to install. Then found a crack in the casting. Was worried about warranty, but registered online and was speedily sent new brass body. Installed tonight and it works. So VIGO does stand by its warranty.

Elegance

Our Master Bath vanity was designed around the use of this wall faucet and vessel sink set. We love how it turned out. Now hoping the replacement H handle arrives before the Plumber is scheduled to finish the install. It was missing the Nylon and set screws.

I would give this faucet 5 stars was it not for the fact that the faucets do not turn in the same direction - which seems very weird to me and my spouse has more than once turned the cold in the wrong direction only to have it be totally out of aline - luckily our contractor seems to have fixed it so he can't turn it the wrong direction. Otherwise it is a great faucet and looks great.
