This item is misleading! It appears to be a 5 piece set, showing the additional 4 pieces in the picture. I ordered this thinking I was getting 5 pieces…Now I will need to send it back and order something with 4-5 pieces. I’m very disappointed. ☹️
The base is too large to fit my mounting location. Will need to return.

Deceptive - make sure to closely read what you are getting; not the picture. They are selling one towel rack but, every picture has the full set. Be careful!

1st bar was in a undamaged outer nailer, but upon opening it found the inside package was open and 1 end piece and mounting screws were not in package. Wayfair shipped a new 1 out immediately and it looks great in the bathroom.

Beautiful design but it won't stay on the wall. My partner's a handy guy and we can't for the life of us get one of the sides to stick. Not an ideal way to spend a Sunday
