This valve is easy and the new shower just makes the new hardware even nicer.

Great product

Great choice, love the ability to always have the water be the exact right temperature and to have that be in one place. Great to be able to quickly & easily change water output from shower head to hand held. Very smooth operation.

Unique jobs

I like that each knob has its own job. One for shower toggle, one for temperature and one for volume of water flow.

Temperature Handle is Not Durable

The temperature handle broke and will not stay on. Only two years old. Otherwise, seems like a good product. Just wish it was more durable.

Love this , I have in bronze it works amazing just turn on the bottom handle and the water is always set for temperature I like .

Product valve replaced

The three point valve needed replaced and it was a new product. Once replaced, it’s working nicely. It is very attractive. I haven’t received the plumbing bill so I don’t know how much the return visit to replace the valve is going to cost me.

Wrong Cartridge Cost Me $160

Sent the wrong diverted cartridge. It took about 2 weeks and 2 hours waiting on the phone to get it replaced. I finally had to go to Delta to get the correct one. I was not charged but had to pay the plumber $160 to come back out and re-install.

Delta cassidy 17 series valve trim

The valve trim arrived faster than I expected and in good condition. It has not been installed yet but it is as beautiful as I had hoped.
