It's a good looking shelf however is not sturdy enough. I have my printer and a few other lightweight items on it and every time I'm printing or even when touching it, it bounces a lot. If you need it to display light items or books, it may be good for that. Beware that it scratches VERY VERY easily, and the smell of the paint have lasted for at least 3 weeks, and still have some smell.
Can you remove knob on bottom shelf

so- love the look- easy to put together- I did it myself with one arm in a cast! it wasn't easy and I needed to employ some creativity but it was very possible. The magnetic drawer doesn't seem to work so well in my opinion and it doesn't slide on carpet at all. Its nice that its there but probably better off on non carpeted areas.
This bookshelf is exactly what I needed to store binders in my small office space. I have not used the secret drawer at all, but like the option if I ever need to conceal valuables. Very easy to assemble and holding up very well after an entire school year.

This bookcase is made of perfect quality. It is so beautiful and easy to assemble. Most of the parts are screwed together already so all you have to do is link the main sides together.
