Be aware that this sink has a rim that goes all the way around its circumference. You must take this in to account when drilling the holes for the faucet handles. If you drill too close to the undermount rim you won’t be able to turn the large rectangular nuts that secure the handles from below. My granite installer drilled them too close and had to come back and grind the sink rim down to allow space for the nuts. I like Kohler product and this one states made in the USA, which is why I bought them.

Simple easy to install, elegant under mount sink. No attached faucet holes so you can keep existing faucet hardware if you are replacing sink. Had my own P-trap already so did not need to purchase. Nothing to criticize about this product!

broken pieces when arrived

Huge disappointment with packaging. Bought two and both were broken down to dozenss of pieces when arrived. How could they were not wrapped up by any paper or any foam at all? This is so careless.

Beautiful! Remodeling our 3rd bathroom for guests. Our other 2 bathrooms are all Kohler. We’ve lived here 30 years. Anytime there was ANY failure in valves, they have replaced them free of charge! Our pressure valve failed in our master shower this year(2022); sure enough, they replaced it with a valve that is much better engineered than the original! I only do Kohler in our house! GREAT COMPANY!!!

I have purchased several undermount sinks and they have always included a cutout template. The last two Kohler sinks I have purchased (this one included) have not. In order to get a template, you must call Kohler and order one. They don't charge but still, this means wait time on the phone and an additional week or more to get the template. I am baffled as to why they do not include a piece of paper that cost pennies so you can complete the project when you purchase the sink.

Looks good, functional

I bought this to replace a builder's grade sink that was really old and cracked. It is basically the same design, just new. The overall quality is good. There are minor defects on some areas that can't be seen, and some rough spots on the drain where a drain gasket would go. The overflow hole is rough, and glaze was applied over the rough areas. The old sink didn't have these defects, and in fact looked far better in quality; I expected that a Kohler brand sink would be pretty much flawless, but I guess newer products just are not as good as old US made products. However, it looks good, and it is functional.

Home Depot.com had the best price & I knew if I needed to return/exchange, they make it easy to do business. Sinks were installed 4 months ago & they stay nice & clean easily. I had high expectations & they were absolutely met. Kohler & HD both came out winners here, along w/my bath project!

This was a bad experience. Installed two sinks in vanity. The openings in the vanity topwere identical. But the two sinks had different basin widths front to back. Specwas 14" but one was 13 1/4 so overlap of counter was not the same. Also Kohler logo on one wasshifted from center line over and inch and did not align with faucet. While the ratings might not make sense, the reason is not the actual material of the sink. The problem is with the dimensions. I am installing a double vanity and had to purchase two additional sinks as the front to back internal dimensions varied as much as 5/8". Fortunately, the sinks are in stock at my local Home Depot, 3 miles away. Unfortunately, we had just set the counter top and found out the issue while aligning the sinks to the cutout. My installer was able to hang around an additional hour for a reinstall, allowing me to get the additional sinks or I would have been in a pickle. Advice, purchase twice the number of sinks you need or at least measure the sink relative to the cutout before reaching the point of installation; especially if you need to order online without a local store.

We had difficulty finding the right bathroom sink in black, not popular color. Home Depot had good selection. The sink came next day in great packaging, no damage to the sink (don't have delivered to local store, a nightmare). Instructions were very clear, not in Korean or Chinese. The sink fit in existing space perfectly and with little effort. One note, the instructions indicated the sink to be put in before the faucet set, this would have made the install of the faucet very awkward. Color and finish of sink was very black and flawless, just what we wanted.

I recommend not dropping a glass jar into your under mount sink to begin with, cracking and then eventually, after another drop, causing a huge hole! However, if you do, this sink fit perfectly for us. We had not measured before finding ourselves at Home Depot, but it looked right and we went with the assumption that under mount bathroom sinks should only come in one size. Worked in this instance. It seems to be an upgrade from the one which came attached to the counter top (purchased at Home Depot over 10 years ago). The only adjustment was in the sink stopped lever, but that was pretty painless. So, if you are clumsy and have cracked your under mount sink, this is a pretty simple solution. Bonus - getting out the old sink was kind of fun as it involved a sledge hammer. ;)

Pearly whites

I purchased 2 of these bathroom sinks for a new upgrade of our master bathroom lavatory area. They were installed by a subcontractor. They rest on 2 side pieces of new plywood, just below the new main lavatory plywood. They are pearly white and show well with new fixtures, quartz countertop, etc. They are durable and survived me dropping a rachete socket on one. The added drain hole provides some safety for overflow. This added depth provides plenty of water for washing or rinsing. But I had to place plastic storage cabinets more to the sides on the underside. One downside is looking into the mirror, one sink does not have a fully rounded drain hole. Luckily that's the guy-side, my side, of the lavatory and I don't notice it much. Overall they're great value and classy.

Poor quality -- misleading marking

I had to go back twice to get two matching sinks. The first set were manufactured a year apart and looked different (drain hole shape varied) -- and the newer one had a defect in the white porcelain (basically a black spot that was in the porcelain itself and could not be cleaned/removed). Neither of the boxes had templates in them, despite the box saying "templates included." I went back to home depot and found that all the other boxes on the shelf were opened already (clearly people were looking for templates, or non-defective sinks). I had the HD staff get some "fresh" boxes from the racks, and we found two that were un-opened and from a similar lot -- so they at least matched and we opened them to verify that there were no defects. But again, neither had a template. This tells me that Kohler has very poor quality control and doesn't care much about details. The sinks were all made in Mexico. Kohler "quality" is all marketing, in the end it's just cheap stuff...
