The velvet is very soft. I wish it were thicker but then it’d cost more.

I have an older dog with nighttime incontinence. These blankets get thrown over her beds, urine does not penetrate the bed at all! Just remove, wash & dry. I have several so I can switch them out when soiled ones are being washed. I also ordered an X/L to have on the couch.

It was nice and waterproof but I don't suggest to put it on the couch. When the puppy peed it rolled off onto the couch

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

I bought 4 of these "blankets" thinking they would be like all of the other blankets I have purchased over the years. You know, the ones with fake fur on one side. Not the case. Instead I feel as though I went to the fabric store and bought yardage because that is what I received, 4 packs of folded up yardage. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I AM BITTER.

My Bailey has incontinence problems and this throw is the perfect thing, I prefer them to the hospital ones which used to be my favorite because it was thin, washable, and easy to see any accidents right away. This has all that PLUS it’s bigger, softer, and even easier to fold. I just throw it over her bed and check every so often and it’s made such a big difference in both of our quality of life
